Unimall Eastchester Square is a large three-story shopping centre located in Ro-London, Bloxia Kingdom. The mall is owned and operated by the renowned Unimall-Westbrick Company, under the Unimall brand. The mall opened in September 2014, becoming one of the first international shopping malls owned by the Unimall-Westbrick Company in Eurobloxia, alongside Unimall Clearwater, which opened two years later.
The mall is easily accessible from all directions, situated within the boundaries of Northampstead Road, Square Road, Odenton Road, Station Terrace, and Friary Street. It comprises two buildings, the West Building and the East Building, both of which are connected by a walkway bridge on the second floor. The walkway bridge includes the Pear Store on one side, with a glass roof and windows on the other side of the walkway bridge.
Unimall Eastchester Square boasts an impressive collection of over nine anchor stores, including two cinema theaters, making it a must-visit destination for shopping enthusiasts. Six of these anchors are located on the lower floor, while the other three are predominantly situated on the upper floor. The anchor stores include M&S, Primark, Next, Boots, John Lewis, Sainsbury's, TK Maxx, and BHS, all of which are located inside the mall. Wilko, a standalone anchor, is situated across from the mall's entrance on the southeast side of Square Road.
The mall includes two cinema theaters, both operated by Cineworld and Odeon. The Cineworld theater is an IMAX theater located in the shopping mall, while the Odeon Cinema theater is situated outside the property at the southwest corner of Northampstead Road and Square Road.
The East Building includes anchors TKMaxx, M&S, Next, and BHS. The lower floor includes TKMaxx, M&S, and BHS, and also includes major stores like JD, H&M, Zara, and River Island, alongside coffee shops like Greggs and Costa. The upper floor of the East Building comprises anchors like Next and M&S and includes the main food court of the mall named The Terrace Food Court. The food court connects to M&S via a walkway and includes food brands like Tim Hortons, KFC, and Subway. It also includes major stores like Mango, H&M, WBOOKS, and JD. Connected to the West Building and TKMaxx, there is a 5-stand bus station, named the Eastchester Square Bus Station, connecting to locations across the Bloxia Kingdom.
Connecting to the East Building, the West Building includes anchors John Lewis, Boots, Sainsbury's, and Primark. Primark is located on the lower floor in the West Building, connected to the upper floor (the main floor of the West Building) via escalators, and also includes a NatWest Bank branch, below the upper floor. The upper floor and part of the mall include major stores like Adidas, Uniqlo, Hollister, Urban Outfitters, and Tommy Hilfiger. There is also a shoe store on this floor called Foot Locker. There is an entrance to the five-screen Cineworld movie theatre here via escalators, with a Starbucks Coffee location located below the main cinema floor. Sainsbury's is located on the northeast corner of Northampstead Road and Odenton Road, below the Cineworld movie theatre. There is no mall access within Sainsbury's.
To the East Entrance, there is an anchor store Boots, and a Nando's restaurant. Urban Outfitters is also located here beside John Lewis.
