Unimall Clearwater is a two-story regional shopping centre located in Ro-London, Bloxia Kingdom. It is owned by the Unimall-Westbrick Company. The shopping center, which opened its doors to the public on April 22, 2016, is renowned for its expansive selection of stores and world-class amenities.
Unimall Clearwater is one of the first international properties alongside Unimall Eastchester Square owned by the Unimall-Westbrick Company to be opened in Eurobloxia. Unimall Eastchester Square opened two years before Clearwater's opening.
The shopping centre boasts two floors, each of which is home to several anchor stores and specialty retailers. Among the anchor stores are John Lewis, a well-known department store chain that offers a broad range of high-quality merchandise, and M&S, a beloved retailer that specializes in clothing and home goods. Other anchor stores include BHS, which is famous for its wide selection of lighting and home furnishings, and Next, a popular retailer that offers stylish and affordable clothing for men, women, and children, and also Primark, which offers clothing for men, women and children.
Unimall Clearwater is also home to a 5-screen Cineworld cinema theater, which is a popular destination. The theater shows the latest blockbuster films, as well as independent and foreign films that appeal to a more niche audience.
The shopping centre features four entrances and five courts, each of which is named after its anchor store and surrounding area. The BHS & Garden Court, for example, is a beautifully landscaped area that is adjacent to the BHS store. The John Lewis Court, by contrast, is a sleek and modern space that is located near the John Lewis store. The Center Court is the hub of the shopping center. The Food Court & Cinema is a popular destination for shoppers who want to grab a quick bite to eat or catch a movie after a long day of shopping. The Marks & Spencer Court is a spacious area that is located near the M&S store.
The shopping centre does not have parking garages within its boundaries, but there is ample parking available in the surrounding area. Visitors can also take advantage of public transportation options, including buses and trains, that stop near the shopping center.
In addition to its impressive selection of stores and amenities, Unimall Clearwater is also home to a Shell convenience gas station, which is located to the southwest of the property. On the lower floor, visitors can find major stores and restaurants like McDonald's, River Island, JD, Zara, WBooks, and the Apple Store. On the second floor, visitors can find major stores and restaurants like H&M, Levi's, New Look, Nando's, Waterstones, and Hollister. Overall, visitors have access to over 45+ stores and restaurants, including anchors.
