Emergency Broadcast System at San Juan

On December 1st, 1999, a RSCP Foundation Transport ship containing RSCPs has exploded at a Foundation Dock, rendering all RSCP's breached. The cause was an explosive device planted in the fuel tanks and engine, making the ship explode. This incident lasted for four days. The RSCP's were eventually contained thanks to the MTFs deployed.

Timeline

December 1st

RSCP-096 instances attacked 173,000 civilians. All citizens were evacuated to nearby cities for safety and MTF unit Epsilon-11, Zeta-10, Alpha-2, and Delta-7 were mobilized to recontain all the Escaped RSCP's. At least 500,000,000 were evacuated.

December 2nd

About seven survivors were found at the Foundation Dock, which were recently assigned crew positions of the of the RSCP Transport Ship. 20 citizens were recovered at a warehouse.

December 3rd

A RSCP Foundation Convoy has recontained and sent RSCP-096-2 to Site-26, recontained RSCP-096-1 to Site-27, and recontained RSCP-049, RSCP-097 and RSCP-098, to an unknown site.

December 4th

A fire broke out at the last known location by the convoy. MTF unit Nine Tailed Fox have terminated an unknown attacker who held a RPG to destroy the convoy.

December 5th

RSCP-096-28 was spotted in the area and was recontained, ending the breach.

Aftermath

San Juan, Robloxia, and Bloxland were severely damaged due to the RSCPs and mass destructions caused by ammunition; because of this, San Juan, Robloxia, and Bloxland have to spend 7,000,000 Robux just to fix their area.

After the RSCP Foundation investigated the ship, they knew that Chaos Insurgency was behind the cause of the ship detonation, citing that a fragment of a bomb showed the Chaos Insurgency Logo. Because of this, the RSCP Foundation bombed Chaos Insurgency Base Camps #1 and #2.
