Special Containment Procedures
RSCP-097 is to be contained in a standard 14m (50 studs) by 14m (50 studs) containment chamber at all times. The door is to be locked and only unlocked if a personnel possesses a Level 5 keycard. Personnel without such a keycard must file an application to the Level 4 Manager of Site-19 describing why they need that keycard. If approved, Level 4 Manager must give the personnel a temporary Level 5 keycard that can only be used to open the door once. Level 4 Manager must be able to temporarily demote unauthorized personnel to D-class for one day and send them to do tasks on Site-19, with exception of taking care of RSCP-096. If RSCP-097 does breach, a full-site lockdown is to be activated. MTF Epsilon-11 and Nu-7 are to be sent immediately and follow Protocol 9295-RC if the site does not lockdown properly.
Description
RSCP-097 is a black humanoid entity resembling a Foundation worker adored formally with a hat. It is shown that RSCP-097 can attack by slashing the subject with its claw on the hand or by beating up the subject, depending if the subject has a lot of armor or a lot of armfire. RSCP-097, when idle and has blood from other victims, goes to a nearby desk and starts to write letters with its claws. RSCP-097 also signs the victims name before neglecting the letter and moving on to the next.
Discovery
Dr Andro was interacting with RSCP-096, until it suddenly spewed it's Black Oil on him and he turned into RSCP-097, Security was asked to secure Dr Andro, but it was too late.
Incident Log 097-01
During a Breach in Site-19, Subject D-82456 let RSCP-097 out and told D-82456 that he should make a Distraction at Gate A so he can escape. He was later found in Sector [REDACTED] of the Entrance Zone. MTF Unit E-11 and Nu-7 manage to contain RSCP-097, but D-82456 was long gone.

Addendum 097-00: Possible Theories
It is said that RSCP-097 use the subject's blood to write notes, then it slides the note under the door.
RSCP-097 also has its own blood, known as black goo, of which it generates in the body.
RSCP-096 has been promoted to Keter due to the black oil secretion causing D-class personnel who drink it to frequently breach their cells and suddenly act "anomalous".
