Special Containment Procedures:
RSCP-098, when not in use, is to be kept around the neck of a display dummy in room ███ at the ███ ███████, ██, storage sector.
The dummy itself needs to display non-sapience and non-automaton activity.
To prevent abuse of RSCP-098, only Level 4 personnel (no higher) are pre-authorized to wear RSCP-098. All others are required to sign a waiver form stating that they accept all the consequences of wearing and using RSCP-098, even those that result in personnel termination or demotion and send to it to the room director, whose office is located adjacent to the special containment room.
As of Incident 098-02, bodyguards are to be deployed near the RSCP-098 special containment room housing the display dummy. They would authorize personnel by scanning their identification cards or their waivers. Unauthorized personnel would be sent to be terminated or demoted.
Description
RSCP-098 is a pendant that contains seven milliliters of black oil. Foundation experts revealed that when the black oil is drained out of the pendant and the pendant is placed under an electron scanning microscope, it reveals some DNA. Forensic experimentation on the DNA reveals that the DNA is Dr Andro Tan's DNA. When a subject wears RSCP-098 by putting it around their neck, the subject would act like Dr Andro Tan and would be able to obtain Level 4 access on all Foundation sites regardless of keycards owned.
Discovery
RSCP-098 was found near Site-07, where RSCP-097 mutated. Clean Up Crew 7H had found the pendant, and somehow wore it. Janitor Intern Yanker was reported to act like Dr Andro Tan. When the pendant was removed, he returned back to his normal self. The RSCP Foundation has catalogued it.
Addendum 098-00: Possible Theory
Dr L, his administrator, knew Dr Andro Tan wore the pendant every time, and does not take it off even in his office and conjectures that Dr Andro Tan's DNA somehow entered the pendant.
Addendum 098-01 and 098-02: Message Given By Dr Allok and R5-12

We knew that Dr Andro Tan was killed by RSCP-096, but not Killed fully, he was turned into RSCP-097, the Testing with RSCP-097 with the Most Dangerous RSCP is Denied, but this Discovery made by Dr Allok, we will allow the test with RSCP-097 and RSCP-098, If it is Successful, we will welcome Dr Andro Tan back to Reality -R5-12
Incident Report 098-01
Subject D-84755 was seen in the Office sector of Site-07 wearing RSCP-098. The Office Sector of Site-07 requires a Level 4 keycard to enter. The subject was terminated by Agent Harold who was patrolling the sector at that time.
Incident Report 098-02
Dr. Rick somehow was able to remove RSCP-098 from the display dummy due to a lack of Robloxian bodyguards inside the special containment room, he was killed by Agent Gandre before he could escape. The neighboring room director has been notified of this incident and will add Robloxians to bodyguard RSCP-098.
Incident Report 098-03
Subject D-8134 attempted to remove RSCP-098 from the display dummy. Agent Uldrin gunned down Subject D-8134 at the Entrance Zone Office as he was spotted with RSCP-098.
