With nine different neighborhoods, the city is located in Carmen County, covering an area of approximately 18 km², and its highest elevation is about 317 studs. Sunshine City is known for its fierce real estate market, one of the most competitive in Robloxia according to magazines. Sunshine City often welcomes tourists for its clean and beautiful beaches. It is estimated that nearly 584,000 Robloxians visit the city each year. Sunshine City, being a city with a predominantly tourist-based economy, is a place with many investors, a wide range of industries, and large skyscrapers.
Sunshine City has about 534,398 permanent residents, but this population has been declining since 2010. It reached zero when the Bloxburg meteorite hit the area, but when the evacuations and cleanup were over, residents returned en masse to Sunshine City. The city has low crime rates, but on the other hand, it has the highest eviction rates in Robloxia. 78.8% of the population has been evicted by a landlord because someone else made a better offer. In some cases, families were evicted minutes after renting houses.
