The South Pole, also known as the Geographic South Pole, is the place in the Southern Hemisphere where Roblox's axis of rotation meets its surface. It is the southernmost point on the planet. Amundsen-Blox South Pole Station, the southernmost building in Roblox, is located there. The South Pole lies antipodally to the North Pole and marks latitude 90° South. At the South Pole, all directions point north.
The time at South Pole is usually assumed to be UTC+00:00. The pole marks the point of contact between two countries: Free Bloxartica and Neotopia, as well as four territories: Bloxji Polar County (Bloxjiado), Bloxstralian Bloxartic Territory (Bloxstralia), Ross Dependency (Blox Zealand), and Xenonist Bloxartica (Xenonist Union). Air connection is available via Otocolobus Airstrip, an airport in the Free Bloxartica area a few kilostuds from the pole. It allows air transport, mainly from Free Bloxartica and Ross Dependency. The nearest settlement is the town of South Pole with population of 2,684.
Land transport is provided by various routes operating half the year, with the largest being the Denlox-South Pole Route, which connects Denlox, the capital of the Bloxmania Union, with South Pole, also passing through the Bloxstralian Bloxartic Territory. Additionally, there is a permanent connection to the town of South Pole.
