Born in Neo-Japan and exiled from the country, Silas Xavier has had concerns over his ties to certain groups, all of which he has brushed aside.
Life:
Born in [REDACTED BY NEO-JAPANESE GOVERNMENT FOR REASON OF: TRAITOR], Silas would be a military general for Neo-Japan and would be seen as one of the more fierce generals. He would serve for eight years before his major incident in 2014.
A traitor to Neo-Japan:
On a unknown date in 2014 Silas would lead a mission to locate a war criminal hiding in a mainly Slender city. He would order his forces to open fire on the citizens killing a large portion of them before he was stopped by a major. He would flee and would not be seen again for a couple years.
The move to Kemonobloxia:
He would in 2016 after being marked as exiled from Neo-Japan show up in the island of Kemonobloxia disguised as a poor general from the Telamon Islands. He would be allowed in and would live there peacefully for years.

Running for president:
Upon him learning about the planned presidential election on the island in 2025 he decided to run against the candidates of Lemon Kitsuno and Bruno Smith. He would run on the idea of communism taking over Kemonobloxia and him being the one to stop it. His party would be known as the Authority Party. His campaign slogan would be:
No to communism
During his campaign he would be accused of being a supporter of the D.O.R which he would brush off as communist propaganda.
