Emilia Ann Jones, better known on BloxTube as SerenaXYZ (born June 15th, 2003) is an retired Robloxian BloxTuber who was active in the mid-to-late 2010s and during some of the early 2020s.
She was an live-action roleplayer who regularly roleplayed as Serena from the Brick Bronze Pokemon XY anime series while her friends (and her brother, Aaron (who roleplayed as Clemont) roleplayed as the other characters from that series.
Pre-retirement
According to Aaron (Emilia’s older brother, who was 25 at the time of her retirement), when SerenaXYZ first became famous, she had enjoyed the attention she had gotten from the public and felt that she needed to upload videos regularly to get more views.
When SerenaXYZ was active, she would post videos on the weekdays; this meant that she had to record videos regularly in order to fit with her schedule.
This caused her to become depressed due to the schedule being “extremely unrealistic” for her. Another reason why she started to dislike her channel was due to the pressure of uploading videos every weekday.
Content
Most of, if not all of SerenaXYZ’s content was aimed towards kids, preteens and teenagers, though, the videos themselves were pretty much considered to be “embarrassing content” by most older Robloxians who watched her videos with a younger sister, brother, or cousin.
Her videos were educational parodies of the Brick Bronze Pokemon XY anime series, Some of the humor in her videos were inspired by the Brick Bronze Pokemon Abridged webseries.
In some videos, she would make song covers of some songs (such as “Aim To Be a Pokémon Trainer” by Ash Ketchup (Roca Ramoato)).
Disappearance
Sometime between late 2019 and early 2020, Emilia Jones would suddenly stop uploading videos on her BloxTube channel (SerenaXYZ) every weekday. At first, her fans thought that she was going on an unannounced hiatus.
Later, as 2020 came and went, it was later revealed that Emilia had lost interest on uploading videos because of the pressure of uploading regularly every weekday and also because she felt that her videos were becoming “very boring”, and her reason for the hiatus was announced to be burnout.
