Second RoCity civil war, also known as the Capitalism war, was a second civil war in RoCity that occurred during August, 7th 1986-August, 30th 1986 at 11:11 am and took place in RoCity. It was fought between the RoIsland communist state army, also known as the Red Army of RoIsland and RoIsland capitalists rebels that were supported by the Robloxia army. The capitalists and Robloxia army allied together prior to the conflict, using a military tactic that was called "Blitzkrieg", despite being used by the fascist Großdeutsches Reich (English: Nazi Germany or Greater German Reich).

Weaponry used during this conflict were AK-47s, M16A4s, M4 carbine, M1 Garands, PK general-purpose machine guns, also known as PKMs, Makarovs, M1911s. The Red Army of communist state of RoIsland used AK-47s, PKMs, M1 Garands as primary guns and used Makarovs as a secondary gun. Capitalist rebels used M16A4 as primary guns and used M1911s as secondary guns. ATAR used M4 carbine as primary guns. NOR used M16A4 and M4 carbines as primary guns.

Special weaponry is a weapon that was special. Examples include: rocket launcher, armored vehicle, etc. Special weaponry that were used in this civil war were BT-7M tanks, M60 tanks, rocket launchers, Howitzers, 60 mm mortars. Red Army of communist state of RoIsland used BT-7M tanks as a primary armored vehicle and T-34 given by communist party of Brookhaven. All Robloxia army and capitalists rebels used M60 tanks as a primary armored vehicle. Rocket launchers, Howitzers and 60 mm mortars used by all teams in this civil war.

Dissatisfied with government to civil war
The aristocracy and the rich RoCitizens were not satisfied with the communist government because it was a dictatorship. They eventually left as refugees to Robloxia, where they made a plan codenamed as Reservoir. Days later, the Robloxia government sent a request to the RoCitizens to ally with them, to which the capitalists accept. The capitalists jointly think and formulate a plan to defeat the communist government. One of the suggestions posed by Robloxia was to use Blitzkrieg military tactics to defeat the communist government faster while minimizing death tolls, time needed, and GDP losses.
Noteable battles in second civil war
August 7th 1986 at 4:01 am. to August, 9th 1986 at 5:47 pm.: The war started with an unexpected landing on RoIsland's beach. Some members of the Red Army died initially, and some members of the Red Army delayed at that time. Radios and newspapers reported the unexpected landing as capitalist rebels captured the village, resulting a loss of the communist government. Surprisingly, they landed near the communist building. This stressed the communist dictator. Unfortunately, the communist government was not able to defend the city properly, eventually being defeated by rebels and ATAR. August, 9th 1986-August, 15th 1986: Rebels, ATAR, NOR and Robloxia air forces start a blitzkrieg or a non-stop invasion. They first surrounded many important cities and villages, then conquered it. The blitzkrieg stopped at a desert air field, which was a very important place in the Red Army, because it is an air force base and the headquarters of the Red Army. August, 15th - August, 21st 1986: Rebels, ATAR, air forces of Robloxia conquer the air base and resume their non-stop invasion. Red Army has been left defenseless and formed a hideout in the small desert area of RoIsland. (Dead count: 120000+, injured: 500000+, missing: 10035+)
August, 21st - August, 30th 1986: Rebels and ATAR conquer 90% of RoIsland. The communist government tries to escape to Robloxia as a war refugee. Some members of the Red Army start suicide missions. Ending
After the communist government defeated, a new government forced the communist government to sign the Molotov treaty, acknowledging that they have been convicted of a war crime, which included those policies:
Communist army leaders, marshals, and party members will be convicted of a war crime.
Persons that convicted a war crime will receive the death penalty.
RoIsland must annex as a city in Robloxia.
A war reparation of 10 million ROBUX
A removal of all communist propaganda and all communist thing in RoIsland or RoCity.
RoIsland or RoCity must send an army to help Robloxia army.
In August, 30th 1986 at 11:00 AM, the communist government leader has been invited to sign a Molotov treaty at Brookhaven. After reading for 11 minutes, they signed the treaty. As the government switched to capitalism, GDP dropped for one consecutive decade and homelessness rates hovered above 75% for 11 consecutive years. There was hyperinflation for the first five years, which gradually reverted to galloping inflation for the next five years. In 1997, RoCity fully became a pure capitalist city. The GDP started to rise again. Robloxians were happy. Homelessness rates fell below 25% in recorded history. Peace era begins.
