The first season of the Roblox animated television series was produced by Ro Kansas City Art Institute and directed by Caitlin Houghton and Mathias Wilkins. The series focuses on the adventures of Matilda, who, motivated by her parents, decides to travel her planet, visiting many "experiences" throughout the world and the "universes" in a fictional Roblox multiverse. The season adapts from the first seven volumes of its source material over thrity-one episodes. It initially ran on Bloxtube in the United States from January 14 to July 9, 2022. In January 2023, Avast Television confirmed an edited version of the series, which was originally broadcast on Children's Avast Television from January 6 to April 21 of that year, cutting only one episode. The season contains two story arcs. The first arc, "Through the Wind," which makes up the first 20 episodes, focuses on the beginning of Matilda's adventure and the early formation of her group. The second arc, "Howling Islands," which ran from the 21st to the 31st deals with the group's arrival on the Howling Islands.
The season make use of two piece of theme music; one opening theme and one ending theme. The opening theme is "Through the Air" by Oscar Thomson and the ending theme is "Hopeful" by Isabella Williamson.

| Elsie introduced himself to the two, and they headed outside, where they had a walk and got some ice cream. When the two asked about his dream, he revealed that he wanted to travel to one of his favorite and well-known countries: The Noobs. Confused by this and the name of the country, the two at first are very confused and don't believe it originally. However, after doing some research, it is revealed that the country is real and that the country had suffered through major wars in the past. Elsie explains the reason why the country is simply named the Noobs, which the two are still confused about. Despite that, Elsie wanted to travel with them, in which the two had been planning to go to another country by bus. | ||||||||

| Gordon, the game's developer, sees that most of the players are not getting along with each other and he had wanted Matilda, Elsie, and Jayden, the newest "members" on the game, to play with one another, so he involved them and all of the others in a significant game. "The Falling Blocks" is the opening round, in which they must find a safe place to escape the lava before they perish as the floor under them suddenly fractures. The three take the game seriously and are extremely frightened by this. They saw several people burn alive and plummet to their deaths throughout the game. A falling block below almost kills Jayden, but Matilda and Elsie save him from death. | ||||||||

| After the preceding rounds, in which the majority of the players are eliminated, Matilda, Jayden, and Elsie compete in a last round called "Fight to the Death" in which they must beat one another to death. Elsie tells the audience that he is dominating the other, so they pretend to fight since she doesn't want them. Matilda, meantime, searches outside for any openings and gives up when she doesn't see any, until she notices something at one of the concerns. They were able to exit after she unlocked a door that had been painted over many years before. The three board a boat and set sail while being pursued by the producers and the crew. | ||||||||
