Roblox Friends: The Beginning of a friendship (Working Title: Roblox Friends: Friendship Lasts forever) is a Robloxian series based off the Roblox Friends theme of toys produced by The Roblox Group. This series is the second ever television series in generation 1, thus being animated and produced in January 2010 on the now demolished building of Robloxian Cartoon Network Studios. After the original version of series (Roblox Friends: Friendship lasts forever) was shelved, it was picked up again by the same network and reworked into Roblox Friends: The Beginning of a Friendship on the Robloxian Cartoon Network Animation Department from February to April 2012. It premiered officially on Robloxian Cartoon Network on July 19, 2012, but originally ended in 2021; before it came back with the Gen 3 cast. There would be eight straight to TV movies based off the series, the first one being called Roblox Friends: Friendship race.
The series came back in August 2023 but this time with the current cast.
This series is also the third series to have licensed music which came from the Bloxmell/Bloxmella Girls.
