The Cold War is a period of global geopolitical tension fighting for geographical and ideological interests between two giants, Robloxia and Tovokian Union.

After Roblox War II, Robloxia and Tovokian Union have divided Roblox. Although they were allies in RW2, they have different ideas and ideologies, so they turned into enemies (from friends to enemies). Tovokian Union spreaded communism throughout its neighboring countries, promoting the spread of communism to all continents of Robloxia. Robloxia created Operation Marshall to destroy communism and prevent communism from dominating Roblox.
