The rat cat (Felis parvus) is a feline animal native to the Telamon Islands, known for its small size. It has black or dark gray fur and is slightly smaller than the domestic cat, which it closely resembles.
Description
Rat cats are slightly smaller than cats and look like scaled-down domesticated cats. Most now live as pets, although feral rat cats can be found on islands like Kohola, Aloha, and Hilo, as well as in wilder regions and mountains. They are somewhat sociable, although wild ones can be wary and hissy. They prefer to sleep. Older rat cats can sleep for up to 20 hours a day. During the colder seasons, they enter a quasi-hibernation, spending most of the day in warm places. Rat cats are popular in the Telamon Islands and are part of local pop culture and mythology. Since the 20th century, rat cats have also been found on the western part of El De Lankua, in Noobia, Kemonobloxia, and on the Catfish Islands, although today most live around Kohola, Aloha, Hilo, Manakapa, and Aqualia. In the 1990s, an attempt was made to bring them to Neo-Japan and Bloxstralia, but it failed.
