-- GroovyDominoes Jr, Head of RDNETF.

The Roblox Drug and Narcotics Enforcement Task Force (RDNETF) was founded by former River City Police Department Detectives, GroovyDominoes Jr and Shawnyg Sr during the 2012 Annetta Drug Crisis.

About RDNETF

The RDNETF primarily works with the Federal Surveillance Bureau as a drug enforcement assistant. While the RDNETF is only federally mandated in Robloxia, all Law enforcement agencies across the world acknowledge their efforts and invite them and assist them in non-jurisdictional raids. For example, Operation Trilobite, which the RDNETF was responisble for a small joint task force with the Hokandan Government to inestigate drug trafficking across 5 countries. While they try their best to use calm interrogation tactics, their interrogation techniques are, questionable at best. They also are involved with Robloxia Immigrations and Customs Enforcement with drug seizures and raids all across the Robloxian Border.

Fun Facts about RDNETF!

  1. The RDNETF has 1400 different field offices in Robloxia ALONE!
  2. In Bloxburg Valley and Kionne, RDNETF was actually not federalized until 2015 due to administrative blunders in the state clerks offices.
  3. In New Rampshire, RDNETF is actually one of the only federalized agencies with a interdepartmental feud/hatred with a police department.

Sanctioned Operations

Operation Groundskeeping and subsequent raids

On May 1st of 2012, Former RCPD detectives GroovyDominoes Jr and Shawnyg got a tip from a federal informant that Fentanyl-laced Annetta was being shipped into Robloxia via the Sacramento City Port. So the night before it was docked, 14 detectives from Sacramento PD accompanied 15 RCPD SWAT officers to raid the port. This was the first multijurisdictional raid held by RDNETF.

Sub-Operation Kill The Queen

On July 4th, 2012, the now Federalized RDNETF held a raid of a nightclub in downtown Aberdeen in Northern Bloxburg Valley. This Club was the hotspot for illegal drugs, like laced Annetta, so this club was heavily guarded. 4 armed guards rotated every 14 minutes, and a surveillance van was placed across the street. During Operation Kill the Queen, 13 RDNETF agents flanked the surveillance van and cuffed each guard, and stole their uniforms. There were 150 civilians based inside and around the club, so sneaking in was easy, as the guards were overwhelmed. The agent who took primary was [REDACTED], and he broke into the safe room. There were 3 drug dealers and they put up a fight, but he took them down. In the aftermath, 13 Guards (11 outside, 2 in the saferoom), 4 Drug Dealers (The safe Room and DJ) and 14 Civilians were charged with possesion of a substance, undisclosed conceal and carry, and distribution.

Operation Bayonet

On December 3, 2012, RDNETF Agents from Buenos Lagos, Bloxburg Valley, recieved a tip that bankrupt Bricks-Burger branch was being used as a distribution center for Annetta-G82, (which was announced to be replaced by January 14, 2013) and was amassing hundreds of dealers in and around central Bloxburg Valley. However, RDNETF was not fully government mandated in certain counties, including Buenos Lagos, so, with some skirting of congress, they were "observant officers" in Buenos Lagos, so 12 FSB agents conducted the raid, with RDNETF agents as assists. This problem has now been avoided, as they have been federally mandated across Robloxia.

Project AirForce

From [REDACTED], 2013, the RDNETF worked with airforce officials to implement drug testing into basic training. Over 5 months, 14 Airforce officials caught 45 pilots doing drugs and narcotics.

Operation Blindsided

On June 14, 2014, An unknown tip came in on the FSB tipline, which was redirected to the RDNETF. Here is the call that came in:

Caller: Hello? Hello?!
Tip Receiever: Yeah? My name is Riley, what is the content of your call?
The caller identified himself as a 40-year old named John Baker. He was involved in the RICO case against a drug lord named Hammerhead. John was a witness to his crimes.
Baker: I have one more piece of evidence against Hammerhead. But if I tell you, please put me in Witness Protection or somethin, PLEASE!
Tip Reciever: Ok, I promise you will be protected.
Baker: In Hammerheads Mansion in Jailbreak City, there is a black book highlighting all his distributors of his drug, Blox-Blorger.

According to John in a interview later in January, He confessed all this while on the run from Hammerhead's men.

*Rathead fell to the ground*

Blindsided; Floor 1 - Synopsis

After Rikers was airlifted out, a Tactical Division Officer named [REDACTED] took primary. 6 remained. As they descended the stairs, the alarms went off, and doors were locking left and right. The team rushed through a door to the living room, but [REDACTED] stayed behind to clear the stairs. He got up to the kitchen of the first floor, where Hammerhead's second in command, Richmond was keeping watch. He broke through the door and pulled out his baton, overpowering Richmond.

Blindsided; Floor 2, Team Alpha

After clearing the 1st floor, The team regrouped and blocked all exits to the garage and split up in to 2 teams. Team Alpha and Team Delta. Delta went up to floor 3, while Alpha went up to floor 2. Alpha Team Leader Scott DeTix broke through the bedroom and armory, searching for the book and evidence, but before he could find anything, 2 armed men walked in. They put their hands up, but did not identify themselves. They threw their IDs on the floor, revealing that they were FSB agents, also doing an undocumented raid.

Alpha 1: This is Alpha 1 to Delta 1, 2 in custody, suspects are possible FSB agents, circle back to FSB HQ for verification.
Delta 1: Subjects are FSB, but reason for being here is unknown, Alpha 1.
Alpha 1, over radio: Why are you here?
Agent 1: Shut up! They'll hear! We are FSB, yes, and we are doing a raid!

After their identities were proven, they joined the RDNTD (Roblxian Drug and Narcotics, Tactical Division) officers to finish the raid.

Blindsided; Floor 3, Team Delta

Team Delta had just cleared the attic, when team lead, [REDACTED] had found the black book. After securing it, they were ambushed by 3 heavy gunmen with SPAS-12s in hand. They (gunmen) opened fire, and one of Delta Teams men died of his wounds. [REDACTED] and one other officer opened fire, killing 2 out of the 3 gunmen, the third got away.

Blindsided; Summary

The two teams regrouped, and after counting losses, the total casualty count was 15. 2 RDNTD officers, one FSB agent and 12 gunmen (property wide) Authorities later revealed the armory was stashed with an array of guns, and drugs. 17 were charged, and Hammerhead got 47 extra charges added to his already long rap sheet.

Corruption Scandal - Operation Trilobite

From [REDACTED], The RDNETF's tactical division, or RDNTD was in the midst of a large corruption scandal during Operation Trilobite, a joint operation between the Robloxian Government and Hokandan Government. This operation was a response to the trafficking in of Annetta-G83 in Hokanda, which had been trafficked in from 5 other countries. The RDNETF never publicly released the current info, as it was leaked on Bugs, Tix, and Leaks:

TLDR, Operation Trilobite

During the final months of Operation Trilobite, the admiral in charge of the operation was payed off by cartels to let 630kg of Annetta-G83 into Hokanda, which wiped out all the progress that RDNETF and RDNTD had made. Upon this news breaking, RDNTD was quickly disbanded to cover up this news, and the admiral involved was quickly fired. as of December 4, 2025, RDNTD has not been resurrected.

DECTAS

Not long after OP Trilobite, The RDNETF went through some reforms, and created the DECTAS (Drug Enforcement Commission of Tactics, Assault and Safety) to sanction the interrogative tactics used by agents when trying to obtain information from mules and dealers. They also regulate what type of assault tactics RDNETF agents uses during raids and undercover operations. Not much is known about DECTAS, as they don't disclose most of the stuff they do under the guise of national security. They also run bi-monthly drug checks in departments all over Robloxia.

District Of Cassel Police Department Investigation

On January 9th, 2014, The RDNETF opened an investigation into officer/civilian involved shootings that usually ended up with the civilian dead. All these cases had something to do with drugs. For instance, On December 14th 2012, Officer Shawn Fera of the DCPD was involved in a OIS case with the victim being retired DCPD Detective Carlton Lassiter. Now, Lassiter was NOT a dirty cop, but he rallyed against corruption in the DCPD for over 34 years before he was put on forceful retirement after a pursuit gone wrong, with him breaking his arm and needing it to be amputated due to the damage. Authorities absolutely fumbled the case, but since DCPD had a bad history of drug abuse cases, RDNETF Special Agent [REDACTED] was the agent in this jurisdiction. He later found a whole part of the DCPD Evidence Room dedicated to OIS cases. According to RDNETF Press Agent PZLLO_3, the investigation is still on-going, but all evidence points to DCPD's AGU (anti gang unit) being corrupt, with serveral high ranking officers being money launderers for the Ro-Bloods, and assisting the transfer of thousands of Robux to the branch of the Ro-Bloods based in District Of Cassel.

The Silence Experiment

--- ACCESSED THROUGH AVAILABLE DOCUMENTS VIA FOIA. CONTACT SPECIAL AGENT PZLLO_3 FOR DETAILS ---

The Theory.

The Silence Experiment was a RDNETF operation in the state of [REDACTED]. It was a clinical trial that involved "enhanced interrogation techniques" and seeing if they were up to par with other agencies. Their theory was, if they could test some techniques on some of the inmates from FOXTROT Penitentiary, they could find flaws in their techniques and make them better. What follows is how the experiment actually went.
