New Topia is a settlement in Neotopia that is the second largest settlement in the country. It is located on New Topia Cape, on the Commonwealth Sea coast and at the foot of the Roscott Mountains. With a population of 64,294 (2026 census), it is the second most populous settlement in the country and the sixth most populous in Bloxartica. Approximately 20% of Neotopia's population lives in the municipality of New Topia, whose headquarters is located in the settlement.
The camp at New Topia was established in 1921 during a Bloxian expedition led by Anthony Lingwood. Since 1976, Blox Zealand, Bloxstralia, and Neo-Japan have maintained bases near New Topia. In 2000, Neotopia declared independence in the settlement. Today, New Topia has considerable economic and cultural influence.
