The Neotopia Football Association is a football association operating in Neotopia. It claims to organize the country's football and its related disciplines (both male and female). The association was founded in 2009, but fully expanded and was recognized in 2025. Formerly, it was part of the NFA as an association that was not part of FAFI, although it joined FAFI in 2025. It is one of the founders of the Bloxartic Institution for Football (BIFF) and it has member status with in FAFI. It currently has observer status in the Aquarian Football Confederation (AFC) as a result of the AFC-BIFF partnership.
