Work before the SFA
Scarlet Moon, better known as just Moon, was a member of the drug cartel West Coast Cartel and was a skilled getaway driver and shooter. She was born in Bloxico City and commonly smuggled illegal goods across the Robloxia-Bloxico border and into Bloxburg. She would be arrested in 1998 by Striker and his Secret Furry Agency pursuit team after she was reeled into a trap by undercover Federal Surveillance Bureau agents posing as drug dealers. After being arrested she would be transported to New Blockers City to the SFA's headquarters for questioning.

Striker: "Scarlet Moon, I wondered how many months it'd be until I caught you."
Moon: "Had those damn coppers not seen me you wouldn't of got me."
Striker: "Feels bad doesn't it? Getting busted, being prepared to stand trial, your entire operation flattened by a pawful of agents."
Moon: "My cartel amigos will locate ya."
Striker: "Anyway, I brought you here for a offer. You would be getting deported to Bloxico but I arranged a special offer. You know more about these gangs. You can help us."
Moon: "Honestly, what I would do to get away from that life."
Striker: "You say you want out of the criminal life?"
Moon: "Listen, I have a bullet scar from a rival cartel. This bull**** got old for me years ago. Problem was I knew I would be hunted if I went to police."
Striker: "Now you won't. You are safe here. We want you to extract revenge on those cartels."
Moon: "Alone?"
Striker: "No, you know about their operations. You know what to tell the forces to do."
Moon: "Ok, I accept."

Training and the first commanding of a mission
Moon would be made a director of the SFA and ordered by Striker and the FSB to be trained for combat. Her trainers would be Director Night and Director Wizard whom Striker deemed smart enough to teach her. After years of stressful and hard training she would given her first commanding mission in 2025 of destroying a Ro Cuban drug cartel fleet of ships. The mission would be successful and she would be set aside for a later high value mission.
