Lake Hyperion Internment Camp is an internment camp for rogue members of Robloxia Immigrations and Customs Enforcement (RICE), Robloxian Armed Forces (RAF) and the Corporatist Army (CA), established in June 2026. It is the first ever internment camp ever built in Robloxia since the Neo-Japanese internment camps during Roblox War II. Currently housing about one hundred detainees, they are held in harsh, but acceptable by law and international observers, conditions. The internment camp is located near Lake Hyperion in the state of Rossota.
History
Prior to this camp, Robloxia Immigrations and Customs Enforcement would kill robloxians if they cannot be deported back to their home country due to them being born on Robloxian soil, but this was reserved for exceedingly rare cases, such as what they believed to be repeated violations of the former Robloxian Constitution. After the anti-Corporatist opposition took power in the country, Robloxia Immigrations and Customs Enforcement were unable to use the Robloxian Constitution as a basis for deporting robloxians and even killing robloxians, but rather they were allowed to see if they were illegal immigrants in Robloxia and deport them if they are. However, they would no longer be allowed to kill robloxians, especially Robloxian citizens. Despite this, a Corporatist branch of the Robloxia Immigrations and Customs Enforcement went rogue and falsely assumed they were able to keep killing and deporting Robloxian citizens and legal immigrants respectively for violating the former Robloxian Constitution. This led them to plan and try to kill and deport robloxians, but as of June 28, 2026, no robloxians have been killed or deported.
As a result, the Robloxian government was trying to get rid of the Corporatist Party's remnants in Robloxia, which an internment near Lake Hyperion was proposed to be a solution. Later, the new government decided to establish a detention center for Corporatist criminals responsible for a similar actions that violated robloxian rights. For this reason, the facility was established in the first half of June 2026 and was subsequently renovated. The first detainees arrived in mid-June.
