Julian Vince Jefferson (born October 10, 1981), also known as Bulky Boy, is a Robloxian politician who has served as the mayor of New Blockers City from 2022 to 2024 and since 2025. An ex-member of the Robloxian Reform Party and unrecognized Robloxian Reform Socialist Party, Jefferson has served as the Secretary General of the United Roblox Countries since before 2013.
He currently advertises his Democratic Party affiliation as the Democratic Socialist Party, something that he began after his 2024 impeachment and his subsequent successful attempt to take back the mayoral office position in New Blockers City. Experts say that the Democratic Socialist Party is yet to be recognized as an official political party in Robloxia.
In 2024, Peakala Harris, the Reform Party leader stated the following quote:
If there was a Democratic Socialist Party, I think Julian Jefferson would lead it, and his cousin [Micheal Adams] would be the deputy leader. - Peakala Harris

Jefferson is a member of the Democratic Party. He also works for the URC. Since 2013, he has been with the party. Jefferson was considering running for President in the 2014 election, but he withdrew.

2024 Impeachment
In 2024, Jefferson was impeached by Republican and Corporatist supporters out of office. Ordered by Donald Trumpblox and approved by Mason Scorpio Smith before he was inaugurated, as well as David Builderman Baszucki, he was impeached due to him being accused for "destroying" New Blockers City with his wokeness. However, under his first term of mayorship, New Blockers City saw improvements while he was in office. Micheal Adams replaced him after his impeachment.

Thank you my friends and supporters! Tonight, we’ve dominated this election. On November 14, 2025, I will be sworn in as the mayor of New Blockers City! Thank you my friends, supporters, United Roblox Countries, family and my cousin Micheal Adams! Last year, the Republicans impeached me from office. Micheal replaced me. Tonight, we beat the Independent and Republicans. WE WILL MAKE NEW BLOCKERS CITY GREAT AGAIN! As a Secretary General for the URC and a now elected mayor of NBC, I promise to give you guys what we promised to give you and what you guys want! It is in our hands! My friends, we have done it. We’ve grasped it. This is our night! We did it three years ago, history repeats! Sure, Presidency failed 11 years ago but that doesn’t matter. All that matters is that you guys get what you want! Baszucki, Smith, Trumpblox, see the chants!

2026 Attempted Impeachment
On June 23, 2026, under a bribe of Patrick Fela, Judge Peralto investigated the Jefferson-Adams family for having left the "honor" to Michael Adams, their cousin without political positions, the position of Mayor of New Blockers City in the middle of municipal elections.
After days, on July 2nd, it was revealed that Michael Adams had received it so as not to lose it and thus, in the next elections, Jefferson would regain it.
On July 3, Peralto gave the results: the case had resulted in criminal charges against Jefferson for administrative malfeasance, influence peddling, embezzlement of public funds, illegal appointment, usurpation of public functions, disclosure of secrets, and bribery. His sentence was a general indictment, a 1 month jail term and a fine of 59,331 Robux.
Adams faced fewer charges: usurpation of public office, influence peddling, bribery, and embezzlement of public funds. He received a general indictment and a fine of 41,905 Robux.
On July 7, 2026, Julian Jefferson in prison requested an appeal on a common ground of a misconduct. He cited that there was evidence of juror bias, jury misconduct, and prosecutorial misconduct. Since Julian Jefferson was declared guilty, his retrial request was accepted. During the appeal, which took place in the New Bloxia State Supreme Court. Judge Peralto was found to have been influenced by Patrick Fela, which was attempting to compete with him in the 2029 New Blockers City Mayoral Elections, and Patrick Fela was called to the stand, where he said that he did it to artificially impeach Julian Jefferson and allow him to become mayor, effectively incriminating him in the court. Later, Patrick Fela's facts about Julian Jefferson's family have been found to be false by fact checking agencies, and Patrick Fela was found guilty of libel and misinformation dispersion, as well as a attempted coup of the mayoral position. He was sentenced until November 14, 2029 in state prison, and Judge Peralto was found guilty of being an accomplice and accepting a bribe, which led to a scandal that ultimately resulted in Peralto apologizing. Later, Julian Jefferson reiterated that the city must crackdown on misinformation. Adam's fine was reduced by 15,000 Robux.
2014 and 2026 Presidential Campaign
2014
In 2010, the URC granted Jefferson permission to run for office in Robloxia (Jefferson was an Assistant Secretary General for Peace Operations at the time), but this was redundant since Baszucki said any Robloxian who is able to work in a company can become president under his new Constitution of Robloxia (not to be confused with Terms of Citizenship). In 2013, he and Fisher announced their campaigns. However, Baszucki had tried many ways to make sure Jefferson should not run for office. For example, he argued that while Jefferson is able to work, becoming a president is akin to becoming a Chief Executive Officer of a company. In 2014, after Jefferson had enough of Baszucki's rhetoric and arguments, Jefferson chose to withdrew, arguing that the race was too competitive for him to handle, leaving Oliver Fisher as the only Democratic nominee for the election left.
2026
In November 15, 2025, Jefferson announced his candidacy for the 2028 United States of Robloxia Presidential Election. He put Micheal Adams as his running mate. This decision was met was mixed reactions. Puma reacted to the decision and even threatened to make a bill banning all candidacy announcements until one year before the election and that all existing candidacies will be withdrawn. Fortunately, the bill was never written. Jefferson argued that candidacy is a self decision: Candidates have the right to revoke their candidacy at any time and for any reason. After the Early Election Act, he lost the election after only winning one state.
