Joe Green (February 24, 1939 – January 28, 2026) was a Robloxian explorer, photographer, and historian in Bobaria. He had gained wide recognition for his documentation of the North Bloxifornian Forest and early photographs of the humanoid folklore figure known as The Lurker.
Born in Bobaria, North Bloxifornia, Green had developed a strong interest in exploration and photographing nature from a young age which led him to spend a lot of time in remote areas near his town that allowed him to study various plants and local folklore. Green’s most famous contribution came in 1973 when he captured one of the clearest photographs attributed to The Lurker, taken during an expedition into the North Bloxifornian Forest. Green had managed to gain a modest national recognition as the image was used in various publications around the nation. Throughout the 1970s and 1980s, he continued to conduct fieldwork in remote forested areas, recording unusual phenomena, photographing wildlife, and documenting folklore around North Bloxifornia. During his later life, he returned to his hometown and continued his work as a historian.
