Han-Jiao Tan (Neo-Japanese Name: ハオジャオタン) is a known member of the Tan Family and a successor in Neo-Japanese Sushi History.
He is the father of Olivia Tan and was one of the award-winning chefs to make Dan-Jioso, an nearly impossible sushi only the executive chefs know how to cook.

Han first worked at a local sushi restaurant where he made extremely tasty common sushi.
His First Competition in Republic of Luobu
Han participated in a cooking competition in Luobu in 1958, when he won the Signature Kitchen Katana signed by Gorō Nyūdō Masamune.
His Cooking Showoff in Bloxland
Han then participated in a cooking showoff in Bloxland in 1967, when he managed to make filet mignon but out of fish, where he won 700,000 Sterling (133,812,000.00 Neo-Japanese Yen).
His Annual Neo-Japan Cooking
Han then participated in his annual Neo-Japanese cooking contest in 1975, when he managed to make high-class sushi which gave him a job offer at an executive class sushi restaurant.
His Executive Cooking of Dan-Jioso
In 1987, Han made a nearly impossible sushi called Dan-Jioso, a sushi made from a poisonous fish's gills. Han managed to create it and serve it without poisoning the customers of the executive class sushi restaurant.
This led to him earning the plaque for cooking a nearly impossible sushi that only few executive chefs know how to make it.
His Visit to his 2nd Grandson
Han then traveled to Bloxland where his grandson, AndroidTan, was doing the Ro-Cyber Lock Competition. AndroidTan managed to win first place.
Han then appreciated his second grandson for completing the competition as a top three winner.
His Peaceful Death in 2014
Han then passed away at his hometown due to old age.
