The Grande Stadium is a football stadium in Laguna Valley used by the Telamon Islands national football team. It is the second largest stadium in the Telamon Islands and the third largest football stadium in Roblox. The 2026 FAFI Roblox Cup third-place match will be played there.
History
The decision was made to build the stadium in the late 1950s. It opened in 1961, becoming the new home of the national team. The facility was built remarkably well for its time. The first match at the stadium was played on February 21, 1961, as part of the FAFI Roblox Cup qualifiers, with Telamon Islands drawing 2-2 with South Neo-Korbloxia. The stadium served as the national team's primary venue for the next forty-three years until the construction of the Mauna Kola Arena, though it partially retained its role as a secondary stadium. It underwent numerous renovations, first in 1974, then in 1997, then in 2010, and finally in its recent state in 2023. Initially, the stadium had a capacity of 95,000, later reducing to around 78,000, and currently holds 91,000. After renovations, it will have a capacity of 140,000. The stadium is scheduled to reopen in the first half of 2026. It has served the national team numerous times, hosting numerous matches there. It has also hosted international competitions, primarily the BFC Champions League Elite, BFC Champions League Two, and the BFC Challenge League. It was also one of the venues for the 1968 BFC Baoji Cup and the 2006 FAFI Club Roblox Cup.
