George Bloxord Square, officially George Jamal Bloxord Square, is a commemorative memorial block dedicated to the late, George Bloxord, whom, on August 1st, 2020, was killed by Retropolis Police Department (RPD) Officer, Derek H. Welles. It is located between Chardon Avenue to 1 New Blockers Street, it is a located across from a local
grocery store, the spot where Bloxord lost his life. Public outrage over his death lead to one of the largest protests/riots in Robloxia, and the largest in the entire state of Rohio. It was created 9 days after the initial protesting had ended on September 15th, 2020, and was unofficially inaugurated on September 20th, 2020. It was officially inaugurated as a memorial on May 27th, 2022. The memorial is set up with flowers, candles, artwork of the late
George Bloxord, paintings, and other black victims of police brutality. The memorial was founded by the RACM (The Roblox Anti-Racism Movement)  It has had three former names as of 2024, and its official name is George Jamal Bloxord Square.
