RSCP-130 Description

RSCP-130, otherwise known as "Creator's Violence Executor", was an extremely powerful and highly sought-after liquid superbloxian superpower (and terrorist attack method) contained in a syringe at Roblox Headquarters that utilized an unknown vulnerability that allowed it to manifest sub-terrorist attacks, designated RSCP-130-A. Alongside 130-A instances, C.V.E. could also utilize and manifest extremely notorious terrorist attacking graphical user interfaces (GUIs), such as "c00lgui" or any other exploit for as long as C.V.E. had information about it. During its peak activeness (2007-2019), C.V.E. was renowned amongst terrorists as the "ultimate terrorist attack", due to its anomalous nature that had rendered all other notorious terrorist attacks useless.

RSCP-130-A Description

RSCP-130-A was a library of violent, dangerous, and abnormally high-tech sub-terrorist attacks contained in RSCP-130's GUI, plainly referred to as a whole as just "Violence". Scripts part of 030-A are referenced in the GUI by random 5-letter combinations.

  • UBRLZ: Manifests an item designated as RSCP-130-A-1, or "NUKE 'EM", in the user's right or left hand. RSCP-130-A-1 is observed to work like an ordinary rocket launcher, except that it has practically no recoil, unlimited ammunition, a larger explosion radius, a different sound, and the ability to destroy ANY part down to its core elements, regardless of whether it's extremely reinforced or not. Robloxians hit with UBRLZ will gain an effect similar to radiation poisoning for an indefinite amount of time. The effect of this "poisoning" consists of the victim having yellow skin, a blue torso, and green legs, all while they are made of corroded metal. After being infected for 4 days, the victim will begin to trip and vomit. Blisters and abrasions will eventually also begin to appear on the victim.
  • IBYUF: Manifests an item designated as RSCP-130-A-2, or "???", in the user's either hands. Upon being activated while looking at a victim, an ignition process will begin. The victim will begin to do vigorous coughing. About 15 seconds later, the victim gets on fire and begins to bleed and cry as they slowly disintegrate and "skeletonize". After about a minute, the victim's walking and sprinting speed will come to a complete halt as vital signs go down, and they will collapse onto the floor. The victim dies afterwards, and their corpse will occupy their spot in whatever place they died for an indefinite period. The corpse will be cursed with a never-decaying curse.
  • NLHYZ: Previously seen in the infobox, NLHYZ creates an impenetrable shield of various weapons (guns, swords, periastrons, bombs, etc.) that orbit the user and automatically attack if a victim gets within a certain radius. While most of the weapons operate relatively the same as their mass-produced versions except customized to automatically attack, the Illumina has notably been described in a user testimony as being able to "slice people in half and turn into bright circles" and then fling their limbs into the floating point. At this point in time, the RSCP Foundation has not been able to confirm if this is true due to the potential danger it holds.
  • ADVEK: One of the least used sub-exploits in 030-A, it just plays holographic videos of random BloxTube content.
  • TEMPE: TEMPE summons a random Superbloxian from across Roblox, either present or past. TEMPE is not limited to any restraints: it has been confirmed that TEMPE can summon Superbloxians with Quirks that are 7-T-level Quirks. It has not yet been confirmed if TEMPE can summon Superbloxians with APOLLYON-T-level Quirks.
  • APOCL: Creates a floating grey square designated RSCP-130-A-3, or "op thing", in the user's left or right hand. Upon touching the cube, the sky turns crimson red, and any nearby victims alongside the user have their outfits and skin/limbs converted into an image of the Winning Smile face. Along with that, multiple meteors begin raining down from the sky, usually six of them.
  • SPANW: Considered by previous C.V.E. users as the most useless sub-exploit, SPANW allows for the total manipulation of the building aspect, allowing the user to create, destroy, or reuse new "parts" (houses, animals, vehicles, etc.), turning reality to a building game where the user is the player.
  • RPRTR: One of the most dangerous sub-exploits of 030-A, RPRTR sends multiple false reports on a victim that has been targeted, usually for reasons like "he killed me!1!1!1" or "he stole robux!1!1!1!". Usually, this ends with the victim actually getting a severe sentence. In extreme cases, the multiple false reports would actually get relayed to the Robloxian Immigrations and Customs Enforcement, which depending on how vulnerable they are to the false reports, may deport the victim (if they take the reports seriously) or even deport the user for "terrorist attacking" and false reporting (if the reports are confirmed to be false).

RSCP-130-B Description

RSCP-130-B, referred to as "Creator", "The Creator", or "God of Exploiters", was the sole person responsible for creating Creator's Violence Executor. While his origins were mostly unknown, he had a very interesting history. During the years RSCP-130 was at its peak activeness (2007-2019), Creator had publicly "given away" RSCP-130-A as a "free library" for exploits. While RSCP-130-A was available at the time for anyone to take, it had turned out, upon further investigation, the RSCP-130-A instance 130-B had given away was just random nonsense with slang from 2008.

Apart from this, 030-B was known for lurking in small areas of popular places and stalking individuals from a distance. Sometimes, 030-B would even walk up towards the stalked individuals and ask them to buy C.V.E. for absurd numbers. Most absurd numbers that are real numbers are greater than a million, while some numbers are just made up.

On one occasion in 2015, after Robloxia, one of the major nations who unintentionally created the vulnerability that made C.V.E. possible had fixed it so that it can no longer be used there, a Robloxian who wishes to remain anonymous had actually ended up having a conversation with 030-B, in which Creator mentioned a new, "devastating version" of C.V.E. being made and had attempted to sell it to the Robloxian for "500 Prismillion Robux", before promptly leaving in frustration due to the Robloxian rejecting the offer. It is unknown whether if the "devastating version" actually existed, or what it even contained.

The 2015 encounter was the last known appearance of 130-B, having remained silent for up until 2016, when another person had suddenly took the role of 130-B, being the new "Creator" of RSCP-130. The new 130-B, whenever asked about details surrounding the old 130-B, would refuse to make a comment, stating that "he had made a deal", and that he was not gonna destroy it.

While the RSCP Foundation like to reach the present 130-B for further context on this, it had turned out that he had already died since 2017, with the exact cause being unknown for now. It could have been because 130-B was a highly sought-after person wanted by multiple governments, and thus he was assassinated. Other personnel say that he had simply died from natural causes, but personnel still do not know as of how 130-B had died.

Conclusion

As of the present day, RSCP-130 is mostly dormant. Due to the nature of 130 and its new creator having already being deceased, it is highly unlikely a new, working version of C.V.E. will be made. Furthermore, the Robloxian government had passed an act known as the Byfron Act, which effectively authorized the automatic detection of terrorist attacks in Robloxia rather than the manual detection of them, which meant that currently, C.V.E. attempts are being nerfed in real time.
