Lucario Cunningham is a furry researcher for Furry Headquarters. He has been turned away by Furry Headquarters a few months ago, but was later reinstated a few months after.
Notes
Lucario was a Furry Headquarters researcher who was researching 'The Furry-Robloxian Phenomenon'. However, due to suspicious activities, he was later caught and sent to the The Furry Council for his statements. Lucario stated that he did not know what he done was wrong. Lucario was then fired from Furry Headquarters for illegal research by the Furry Directors.
In an unknown period of time, Lucario then created the Reaper's Mercs just to get revenge on the five directors who fired him.
After his reappearance during the Furry Headquarters Site 01 Raid, he was found to have been a test subject for the Anti-Furry Coalition's mind controlling device and was reinstated as a researcher to work with Doctor Shadowkitty Candy, Dr. Carlos Vargos, and Director Sierra Tango as well as tasked with forming a new research department for Furry Headquarters.
Skills
Lucario did pass our Evaluation Test in [DATE REDACTED - CONSULT WITH ADMIN FOR INFO], and even after a few weeks he was managed to enter the ranks of the High Ranks.
The Good thing we had was that he is a good Asset, but the bad side of it, was that he has a chance of doing Unauthorized Work (Illegal Research).
We then had kept track of how many warnings he got which is [INFO REDACTED - CONSULT WITH ADMIN FOR INFO], he is a good researcher, but with a Loose Splinter.
Founding the Midnight Killers
Before he even joined Furry Headquarters, he founded a gang with the aid of Victor Renscoff to fight the Anti-Furry Coalition, but he left as a member when he joined Furry Headquarters. He reorganized the gang after what the Anti-Furry Coalition had done to him and made him do.
Unauthorized Research
Dr Cunningham was later caught doing research on an unauthorized project named 'The Furry-Robloxian Phenomenon'. He was caught by Furry Headquarters Researcher [NAME REDACTED - REQUIRES LEVEL 5 DECRYPTION KEY TO ACCESS].
He then was sent to the Council Chamber for what he done. Dr Cunningham said that he does not know what he done was wrong.
It was decided that Dr. Cunningham is to be fired from Furry Headquarters due to him being unfit for further action.
The research was later found to be due to him being under a mind control device built by the Anti-Furry Coalition.
Suspected Dead
After September 12, we confirmed that Lucario was killed, investigations on us identified that he was shot 3 times, and was confirmed to be the Reapers Mercs killing their once Founder and Leader.
The 'Rebirth' of Lucario
At September 15, we had a Uptick of a Sighting of Lucario Cunningham with 6 unknown gunmen, was suspected to be Reaper's Mercs that were still loyal to Lucario ( later found they were members of his old gang the Midnight Killers which he had formed before joining Furry Headquarters )
Follow-up with F.T.F Leader Jack said that he shot a Bullet into the chest, but it was suspected that someone sabotaged the Bullets in Jack's gun, leading to Lucario being injured instead of being dead.
Later investigation found that Laminax Labs had collected him and took him to a unknown site for a experimental cyborg project they were working on. He was then found to have escaped the lab with their cyborg project.
He later showed up again when the Furry Headquarters Site 01 Raid happened and made a futile attempt to kill Haloguy7.
After a while of deciding by The Furry Council, he was reinstated to his position prior to him being targeted by the Anti-Furry Coalition for their own research and using him as a cover. His illegal research was found to have been collected by the Anti-Furry Coalition and sold to Thorne Industries and Laminax Labs (it would later be found the items had in fact been stolen by Thorne Industries from the A.F.C), but then the items was later intercepted and was stolen by the Furry Hater Extermination Agency, and was returned to Furry Headquarters for observation.
Joining the Global Furry Safety Council
After The Furry War, he would be picked by the Furry Peace and Justice Corporation for their new Global Furry Safety Council as he knew about where the Anti-Furry Coalition bases they missed during the war were.
He also would be hired as a inspector for Furry Medical Services.
Lucario would also dye the fur on the top of his head to match his suit in hopes to avoid people realizing who he is.
A emergency hire:
After Quincy Martin of The Furry Council had gone rouge and the D.O.R had caused a Furry Headquarters jet to crash, Lucario would be approached by Directors AhaGotcha and Ronin Cruz on December 30th, 2031 for a position that had belonged to Quincy.
Lucario: "You called me into the office?"
AhaGotcha: "Yes, I think you are aware of the plane crash a jet the D.O.R. caused."
Lucario: "Kinda hard not to be aware of it. It is on every news channel. Like what is happening?"
Ronin: "It would seem that a bunch of groups have started seeing what the A.F.C., the Order of Shadows, and the Saviors of Roblox have done as indication of a fall of order."
AhaGotcha: "It was brought to our attention by Fredric Thorne that you were meant to be fully reinstated and be authorized as a director but got lost in the chaos that was happening."
Lucario: "You finally remembered?"
AhaGotcha: "It also was buried under the documents so there was that too."
Lucario: "That is understandable."
Ronin: "So do you accept?"
Lucario: "Yes."
"Ronin: "Ok we will get the status changed here. We need you to help organize a temporary council due to most of The Furry Council being injured."
*Ronin Cruz exits room*
AhaGotcha: "So Lucario, what exactly was that project you were illegally working on?"
Lucario: "It was meant to be a updated Project Shocker design I was making based on Thunder Science Company's samples. It would combine the two projects into what I had listed down as a PathOWOgen. The AFC got me with their project before I could create the super weapon that could level their entire force within minutes. A simple dart."
Facts:
- Lucario has stated that he even if not mind controlled still would have had mass attacks done against the Anti-Furry Coalition to lessen their affect.
- He has no preferred weapon as he will use any weapon he feels good that day. He usually has his blue submachine gun, a hand gun, and his two black swords on him.
- He complains that there is another staff member in Furry Headquarters that looks like him and causes issues.
- For a unknown reason he was made to wear a clown outfit upon his return to Level 10 authorization in Furry Headquarters. It was believed to have been a dare by the other staff to see if he would do it.
- He still has the inner parts from the cybernetic experiment that a Anti-Furry Coalition researcher had put on him and his armor is in his office still in case of it being needed again.
- Has a slight anger issue.
