The Velkia Aerostat Habitat (VA-01) is a interplanetary habitat situated in the atmosphere of the planet Velkia. It was constructed by Monika in 2028 and finished construction of 2033, it is currently under the ownership of Adler Eisenwald.
Overview
The Aerostat is a station that is divided into a ring-like habitation structure connected by 3 sections via corridors. It's kept afloat via a series of turbofan engines. The aerostat habitation ring has rooms, kitchens, weather monitoring stations. The Velkia base has several quotes/mottos painted on the walls that can be seen frequently used by Adler, meaning he was involved in the making and designing of the base. There are also several Monika "V" symbols, confirming the fact that Monika Corporation had manufactured the base and Aerostat.
Habitation Ring
The hab ring is made of a flexible steel superstructure, topped with sheets of Lua and titanium. It contains the rooms for personnel and maintenance crew. Most of the more higher-ranking staff is quartered here. Several weather antennae dot the hull sheets, which connect to the weather stations that monitor the turbulent weather of Velkia's upper atmosphere. It's constructed out of light materials due to pressure differences in the upper cloud layers.
Hangar Bay
The hangar bay can accommodate 3 manned RMV variants of the rocket in the hangar bay. They are caught by mechanical arms and refuelled by fuel pipes. Crew tunnels extend to the rocket's hatches. The rockets enter through a top hatch in the upper hangar, by performing VTOL to take off and land. The small hangar for Luna's Haunebu-V is located on Deck 9, between the habitation ring and maintenance section, which although Luna is not affiliated with D.O.R, she sometimes visits to collect ideas for her own interplanetary colonies
Luna's Room
Whenever Luna visits the Aerostat, she has a private room that only janitorial staff can enter. The room is filled with Luna's secret plans, as D.O.R's Velkia habitat is the most secure D.O.R facility available. She has a bedroom that is always guarded outside by a security robot. A private wardrobe is available to her at the ready, especially a stash of undergarments, as Luna seems to chuck a used pair she wore beforehand at anyone who disagrees with her orders. Luna's room also contains a powerful crystal called the "Thule Crystal", it's under Luna's control, but scientists at the base can research it at any time, as a miniature pneumatic distribution pipe carries the crystal to the labs.

Aerostat:
Lifeboats
Decks 5-8 on the lower levels contain 30 5-person lifeboats, as well as 1-person rocket-propelled escape pods for descent to the surface. Due to Velkia's thick and dense atmosphere, large parachutes prove obsolete, the pods use aerobraking to slow, then finish descent with small drogue chutes and airbags. Luna's personal lifepod comes with an atmospheric suit that can automatically suit her up, other lifepods require operatives to manually don a Velkia Atmospheric Suit before boarding.
Aerostat System
The main living quarters for the crew and janitorial staff. Luna's room is in the middle of the 3 corridors that lead to the habitation rooms, weather stations and storage transportation drone rooms to the Sulphur Refinery.
Main Supply Pipe
The long pipe that's connected to the secretive Deck 12, the lowest levels of the Aerostat Habitat, where only the most elusive of orders and commands are thrown around. Other corridors lead personnel to another entrance out of the deck to maintain it's secrecy. Deck 12 Is not featured on any floorplans of the Aerostat except in USB drives accessible to commanders. Deck 12 is only by Aerostat District commanders. There is even a Deck 13, but this was confirmed to be the main distribution shafts, and nothing else. The distribution shafts contain high-speed magnetically-bound elevator tracks to rapidly transport cargo and sometimes personnel down the 2km long pipe to the top level of the Ground Facility.
Command Center
The top level of the Ground Facility sulphur refinery, Supplies are delivered to the facility from the bottom of the Aerostat's Deck 12. Facility commanders oversee all operations every 243-day long Velkian day divided into 24-hr segments. The top levels also contain the living cabins for the elite personnel and Luna. Despite being part of the ground facility, the command center is actually a part of the Aerostat district that makes up the "peak" of the pyramid shape of the SRB, made of Velkium
Ground Facility:
Sulphur Refinery Branch
Below the levels that make up the lower Command Center of the Aerostat. The SRB is a jumbled mess of pipes, generators, satellite dishes, and a hodgepodge of machinery clustered together. The extractors collect crystalline sulphur for advanced weapons technology to sell to corporations like Hashira Biotech. Most of the workforce consists of paid labourers and workers that get paid by both Hashira and Monika. The Refinery branch itself is still under construction, but the living spaces and other essential sections were constructed first before the outer shell was constructed to give it the shape of a sloped trapezoid, Monika and D.O.R are still constructing the facilities exterior. Stone and mineral samples are sampled here. Coolant refill stations are dotted around the outside of the building, every 2 hours, operatives must replenish their suits coolant supply to avoid overheating. The suits made for commanders and Luna have a cryogenically-cooled network of pipes in the middle layer of the suit that constantly cools them during strenuous labour. The outer shell of the SRB is made of heavy layers of Velkium.
Garages at the bottom levels contain the Velkian All-Terrain Rovers, allowing for sorties to be conducted.
There is also a geothermal energy plant that extracts refined lava and sells it to other companies across Roblox, this is similar in fashion to Urbanshade's Mantle Extraction technology. There are labs such as greenhouses and the "Roblox Transformation Laboratory", which details experiments to genetically modified plants and crops to adapt to the Velkian soil and atmosphere
The SRB's east and west wings contain 4 stolen prototype Tan Industries RX-Rail Heavy Cannons. These heavy cannons make up the Gun Decks on the east and west sides.

Test Subjects/Prisoners:
People dubbed as "Disposables" by D.O.R Velkia staff. They are basically expendable lab rats for the scientific experimentation in the labs of the Ground Facility, the prisoners consists of minorities and people captured by the D.O.R such as LGBT, Furries, etc. Most prisoners have their hair shaved bald to ensure valid results in scientific experimentation, this is not the same with furries, rather they are tested in unfair combat scenarios against large robots.
