A day after the Hokanda Highway attack happened and it was believed that The Downfall for the Anti-Furry Coalition plan by Furry Headquarters had worked the hope of avoiding a full scale war with the Anti-Furry Coalition died when a mass shooting happened in Hokanda.
The attacks commence:
October 17th of 2030: 6:20pm: Residents of Hokanda that were getting off of work started going to their places to visit before going home. Little did they know one of the worst terrorist attacks in the city's history was about to happen. At the same time The Furry Council was holding a ceremony at Site 01 for The Downfall for the Anti-Furry Coalition.
6:21pm: Teams at the Hokanda jail report that Micheal Henderson had been broken out again.
6:25pm: A Furry Headquarters Hokanda dispatch office receives a call from a furry in the Hokanda Grand Theater:
Dispatcher: "882, Hokanda emergency services, what is your emergency?"
Caller: "A group of heavily armored people have entered the Grand Theater and are shooting everyone. Send he-"
Dispatcher: "Hello? Hello are you still there?"
Caller: "HELP THEY ARE KILLING EVERYONE AND-"
6:27pm: Furry Task Forces teams arrive and are greeted with the sight of most of the theater's 200 visitors killed or injured. Among those killed was the brother of General Dakota Williams. A witness told the teams that they had already left for the next locations. A unknown Anti-Furry Coalition mercenary was shot dead by what appeared to be by one of his own team members.
6:32pm: Reports of a shooting and a attempt to overload the reactor at Hokanda Energy come in. Cameras pick up the shooters and identify them as Eradicator IX, Ronnie Ginger, Micheal Henderson and Tina Candy. Most of them escaped before the Furry Task Forces teams could arrive but the reactor was put into a safety status. Micheal would be shot and arrested before he could escape with the others.
6:40pm: Reports of a shooting at The Furry Council's mansion in Hokanda. A post was found during the attack on Blox-Twitter made by Eradicator IX claiming to have killed the council and that Furry Headquarters had fallen. The post was quickly proven false and taken down by a Furry Peace and Justice Corporation cyber police team.
6:54pm: Even more reports of shooting come in. The last location to be attacked was the Hokanda Memorial Grounds which was having a Halloween event. As the Furry Task Forces arrived the attackers had been chased off by Vladimir Renscoff and the Reaper's Mercs who were in the area trying to intercept them.

After the attacks it was found that 294 furries and 23 tourists had been killed in the shooting with over 500 injured in total. One of the attackers Micheal Henderson was arrested and sent to the Furry Headquarters Prison to prevent escape again. The other three attackers were last seen escaping on a boat into the fog of the harbor.
The Furry Council and other major officials held a meeting on the attacks:
Director Red: "Those attacks were uncalled for and a disruption of peace. I personally want to know why the government of Robloxia isn't doing anything to stop the Anti-Furry Coalition."
Director Night: "What is their problem? I thought it was understood that Hokanda was a safe haven. Then again I thought that with Furry City and we saw how that went. Well they broke the code. War may be necessary."
Fredric Thorne: "I would be willing to supply weapons to aid in the A.F.C's defeat. If I was allowed to I could have Laminax Labs put the finishing touches on the controllable Furr Infection creatures. It may bother the RSCP Foundation but them being like troops would overlook that."
Director Arctic: "I wouldn't recommend it unless it is needed."
Vladimir Renscoff: "Fire up the tanks. I'll have the Reaper's Mercs take Bloxghanistan because we know there is a heavy Anti-Furry Coalition presence there."
Lucario Cunningham: "I have a idea. Me, Vladimir, and the others that helped protect in that assassination attempt of the council be made directors for the time being. Oh and Fredric."
Director Shadow: "Wait I thought they were picked and declined."
Director Night: "That was just Dakota Williams."
Fredric: "If anything I may go to the Furry Peace and Justice Corporation. Besides they will be fighting alongside of Furry Headquarters and the Guards of Thorne."
Ronin Cruz: "Indeed so."
Director Arctic: "Give the order. The Furry War is on. I want to finish what I just helped made."
Director Red: "Wait... what do you mean you just helped made?"
Director Alpha: "Before Furry Headquarters was made, Arctic Fox was a A.F.C Director, but he deflected from them due to a dispute with the Engineer and the other directors."
