Part of the 2026 Brookhaven Anti-Corporatist Protests and Riots

The 2026 Brookhaven Mall Explosion was a deadly terrorist attack which killed 48 robloxians. It was preceded by a looting, a shooting, and a riot. The perpetrators are yet to be found, but it is known there were exactly 50 of them and are purported to be pledged members of the Alpha Chi Pi () fraternity. They would loot the mall, shoot the mall, and bomb the mall, the last of the events which occurred at January 16, 2026 at 2:30 PM. They would be obsessed with previous shooting and rioting incidents, like the 2007 Brookhaven Mall Shooting, which occurred approximately 19 years ago, and the 2025 Bloxburg Fresh Food Riot, which occurred approximately a year ago. Moreover, they were significantly against the Age Checks for Communication Executive Order and they wanted to combine the best of the two cases. The perpetrators would escape their homes and camp out in the Alpha Chi Pi's fraternity house. Demographers estimated that the median age of the perpetrators were 17, which made them, on average, Brookhaven High School students, though there were notable exceptions, such as the youngest being only six weeks old, the first quartile being preschool age at only 4, the third quartile being an adult at 30, and the oldest being 33.

A sound recorder picked up the sound of the Brookhaven Mall exploding. The explosion was estimated to have lasted 14 seconds.

The series of events primarily consisted of them walking inside the mall, looting the mall, shooting lots of people, saying taunts and other traumatizing stuff to people, rioting, and eventually exploding the mall, effectively demolishing it. Indeed, the shooting that preceded the explosion immediately broke the record for the deadliest shooting in Brookhaven history, beating even the 2013 Brookhaven High School Massacre approximately 13 years ago. The demolition indicated the end of the terrorist attack when the perpetrators were attempted to be apprehended by the Brookhaven Police Department, but they were too late as they immediately went back to the fraternity house they camped on last night, and the leader of the fraternity house waited until the law enforcement have sufficiently given up before deciding to send the residents of the fraternity house back to their homes.

Synopsis:

Before the Terror:

At January 15, 2026, 11:30 PM, 50 robloxians were reported to have left their Brookhaven homes and entered a fraternity house owned by the Alpha Chi Pi fraternity, causing the friends and family of the robloxians affected to wonder if they were actually having a good time. In the fraternity house, a concert (their music had to be played softer to avoid violating noise ordinances in nearby areas) was used to get their attention and make it seem like the robloxians are having a good time, trying hard to make sure nobody knew what they were going to do the next day. At the end of the concert, the singers involved signed the pictures the robloxians brought the singers and told some robloxians, in particular, young robloxians, to go home as it was getting pretty late and they feared that might be involved in some crime or kidnapping as a victim. The older robloxians were allowed to stay in the fraternity house, however. The fraternity president told the singers that the fraternity house was going to be the young robloxians' home. The young robloxians would later buy the song on RoTunes and would listen to it on their own, while the older robloxians simply bought the song and did not listen to it. Later, the robloxians who were over the age of 21 had a special event awaiting for them: snort the cocaine and drink the alcohol! As the robloxians under the age of 21 watched those robloxians, they wondered how they might poison their friends and family drinks to make sure that in a future event, they will not even know, effectively planning on betraying them. After the event proved to be a success (there was no more cocaine to snort, no more alcohol to drink), all the robloxians went to the beds on the fraternity house and fell asleep for a long time.

After a long night, the robloxians woke up sober and normal. They were then given coffee, with decaf coffee given to robloxians who were children since caffeine is not recommended to be consumed by children, made fresh by the fraternity house's coffee machine. As some of the robloxians had daycare and high school, at 7:20 AM, the president of the fraternity pretended to be a parent or legal guardian and faked an excuse for why their child cannot go to daycare or high school, which was unfortunately excused by the attendance offices of the daycare and high school. They then waited to join a 10-seater vehicle (there were five vehicles in total), which will take them to the Brookhaven Mall.

Eventually, it was time to go to the Brookhaven Mall. The robloxians who were able to drive a motor vehicle picked the nine robloxians up and they went aboard the motor vehicle. Many vehicles saw the fully reloaded guns (and even the propane-based explosive in one of the vehicles) they were holding, and even three law enforcement vehicles belonging to the Brookhaven Police Department saw those and immediately started their engines to pursue them, but those three vehicles were firebombed by the vehicle's built-in fire bomb launcher, capable of launching fire bombs at vehicles. This caused the robloxians inside to scream in pain and drop whatever they were holding before dying. They then left the police vehicles to be abandoned. As of the time they arrived, the Brookhaven Mall was crowded, clearly exceeding 35 people on it. The robloxians who were sent were immediately armed with a fully reloaded pistol, and the propane-based explosive was left on the vehicle as a secret weaponized tool and explosive they plan to detonate on 2:30 PM. They were given a few minutes to relax before they would go for it.

During the relaxation time before the shooting, the mall's exterior security cameras caught suspicious activity going on behind the mall, with the mall security noticing this. They would be too late to take any action against them as the 50 robloxians would later enter the mall with things visible in their pockets, with bullet belts tied around but under their shirt, which revealed the outline of bullets in the trench coats they had been wearing. Those bullets and weapons were later found to be a pistol (they were initially given a pistol), and their vehicles had a backup supply of guns and equipment; it was full of Tec-9s, shotguns, Uzis, pistols, and bullets. As those bullets were put in pockets in their shirts, the security asked them to leave. The security also noticed that the vehicles were decorated with bumper stickers, including an upside down cross, an upside down Corporatist Party logo, a wordmark with three Ro-Greek alphabet letters as a title and the caption reading fraternity, and a slogan with the words "[bleep] corporatism!". They went inside the mall, only for the robloxians who were above the age of 21 outside to smoke cigarettes, then re-entered the mall to begin their shooting.

During the Terror:

They would enter the mall with pistols pointed at robloxians. Survivors reported that they were yelling "GET TO THE [bleep]ING GROUND". When the mall robloxians refused to get to the ground, they yelled "WE HAVE A 12 GAUGE [BLEEP] AND WE'VE GOT THE POWER THAT NO AGE CHECK WILL EVER FILTER" . Robloxians would then fall to the ground, trying not to move their face, with the exception of at least 39 robloxians. Those who would try to leave would be reported to have been thrown into a back room and shot immediately by one of the rioters on sight. As the rioters stayed in the ground floor, the rioters caught several robloxians who tried to leave the mall and said to him, "don't try to escape [bleep]faces! corporatist party is run by a [bleep]face named David Baszucki! we have a propane-based explosive and we will not hesitate to put it on an oven at Mo's Pizza! your security sucks here, but the corporatist party sucks more! the security have no guns, and the corporatist party has no guns too! no! NOTHING!". Those robloxians would later survive the overall terrorist attacks. The rioters would then make the way upstairs, allowing some robloxians downstairs to call the Brookhaven Police Department, which was as staffed with officers as the Brookhaven Mall was the robloxians. However, the robloxians downstairs were taunted at by rioters, who, while walking up the stairs, yelled "The more cops you call the more corporatist party we kill the more cops you call the more of you will being taken hostage in a 2026 standoff known down in history". Survivors reported that the rioters were against corporatism, and they were feeling betrayed by the Corporatist Party itself. The rioters would target the Corporatist Party itself upstairs, and eventually would start the looting with the codewords "Corporatism is authoritarian right!" and began to shoot the remaining 35 robloxians who refused to get to the ground and ignored what was going on. Meanwhile, a 911 call would be called, calling the Brookhaven Police Department to send officers to the scene.

Their first target would be the Mo's Pizza location. Being a staple classic of Brookhaven and open for decades as a local business, it served fresh, quality pizza with Ro-Italian influence. It had a pizza delivery service. Its fresh quality pizza with Ro-Italian influence and the store's computer monitor were looted, and eight people who sat on medium brown chairs on the two really black tables were killed. The electronics store was looted next, as looters stole its entire stock of phones, medium stone grey laptops with lime green keyboard lighting and really black screens, and really black cameras with really red recording lights and institutional white flash. Brookhaven's Modeling Corporation's only brick and mortar service building was their third target. A modeling service to train and teach those who wish to learn modeling, the modeling building with its nine robloxians who sat on the modeling seats would be subject to a killing. The mall's movie theater, mostly based underground, with two movie rooms, would be their fourth target. There is a registration and snack center at ground level, selling chocolates and popcorn. The mall's really red popcorn machine would be looted, and many institutional white popcorn bags and chocolates would be looted. Meanwhile, the movie rooms were playing First Contact and Give Bobux when mall security decided to authorize the pausing the movies until an all clear can be given due to an ongoing active shooting, and proceeded to place the entire movie rooms in lockdown. The rioters would not waste their time trying to break into the movie room doors; they instead decided to knock at the door by aiming a series of pistol bullets at it, which damaged it slightly. Later, they took over the Brookhaven Mall's stage, killing two robloxians live on the stage sitting on the coffee stools colored fawn brown before looting the stools themselves, creating a new type of event. They looted the four microphones at the ready, each colored really black with really red, really blue, or lime green lights and the musical instruments, including the really black speakers. During this event, many robloxians who visited the mall to listen to performances instead got a devastating performance unfolding before their very eyes. The rioters moved on to the next floor.

In the next floor, the rioters tried to find Happy Burger, which was supposed to be their sixth target, but instead, they were disappointed to find out it had closed down only to be reincarnated as Burger Barn outside of the mall. Frustrated by this disappointing move, they killed eight Robloxians out of spite. The rioters looted the camping supply store, looting its institutional white marshmallows on medium brown sticks, as well as stealing the register and the monitor (for the next two stores). The party supplies store was looted next, looting its lime green balloons with institutional white strings, burnt sienna colored cakes with institutional white candles, buttermilk colored cupcakes with reddish brown colored frosting, three layered cakes with pastel yellow and carnation pink layers and institutional white candles, and empty presents with really blue wrapping paper and an institutional white bow. The baby shop was targeted next, with its sand green strollers being shoplifted. The Brookhaven Dancing Studio, a studio with dance lessons on weekdays and an ongoing dance lesson in progress, was interrupted with the killings of six robloxians, including one who sat down on a brick yellow bench. The sign "Dance is our passion." was vandalized to read "Corporatism is our target." and the picture of the dancer was replaced with one of their signature graffiti. Finally, they went to BTV Studios and immediately hijacked the ongoing broadcast coming from Channels 7 and 8. The really black microphone with the really red light was looted. The purple flowers with lime green stems were looted. The five people who sat on the institutional white chairs and dark stone grey chairs were killed, and even the cameraperson with a really black TV camera with a lime green light was killed. The camera and TV was looted. The news station and interview spot were hijacked with the repeated yelling "[bleep] CORPORATISM" before Channels 7 and 8 went off the air due to the Robloxia Communications Commission (RCC) shutting down the channels due to excessive uncensored profanities.

Finally, in a calculated move, they would preheat one of the ovens in Mo's Pizza, and immediately stuff their propane-based explosive on it, before leaving the scene of the crime and entering their fraternity house. All of their attacks took five minutes at most.

Later, after much hesitation and delay, the Brookhaven Police Department with all of its officers arrived at the scene and saw the entire mall emptied of everything. The officers saw some of the robloxians on the ground, and also they smelled something reminiscent of a fuse of an explosive burning emanating near the Mo's Pizza location, and the fire on the fuse was being fed by the molecular oxygen inside the oven itself. They tried to open the oven, but they forgot that the pizza ovens have been locked. They then told robloxians on the ground to remain at a far distance from the mall, authorizing an immediate emergency evacuation for all the robloxians in the mall. They then unlocked the lockdown doors at the movie rooms, telling moviegoers in the movie rooms to evacuate the mall too and join the evacuees. Each movie room sat nine moviegoers. Eventually, at 2:30 PM, the fire on the fuse made it to the propane in the shell of the C4 plastic covered explosive device, combusting it, which created an explosion so powerful that it demolished what was remaining of the mall into an approximate conical pile of debris and rubble, while releasing vaporized water and carbon dioxide in an exothermic and exergonic chemical reaction. In some cases, incomplete combustion would occur with carbon monoxide appearing. The explosion lasted for 14 seconds and affected all Robloxians within a 100 stud (28 meter) radius. Because of this evacuation, 18 robloxians survived out of the 57 robloxians who were on the mall that day. Experts said that the shooting would have easily surpassed the 2024 Sacramento school shooting as the deadliest shooting in Robloxia had those robloxians who survived were killed.

Aftermath:

Little Sands Daycare

This explosion was so audible that it literally awoke the preschoolers at the Little Sands Daycare, as preschoolers prepared to go potty and wash their hands to prepare for snack time. In the middle of snack time, the carbon monoxide from the explosion triggered the nursery's carbon monoxide detectors, activating a T4 alarm on the site and causing all the children to be moved to fresher air and automatically activating a 911 call to the Brookhaven Fire Hall, which sent a fire engine with fire fighters to investigate the source of the carbon monoxide only to find out it was external. As a result, the arts and crafts part of class was cancelled, and the children earned an extra 30 minutes of outside play and gross motor skill practice, though due to the increase in carbon monoxide concentrations in the localized atmosphere of Brookhaven, those gross motor skill practice and outside play had to be made less intensive. Going to potty and washing hands in other facilities, the children were even more satisfied when the music and movement part of class was cancelled, and the children earned another 30 minutes of free play, though the children was forced to play indoors due to worsening air quality, and this was followed by clean up and preparation for departure at 5:30 PM.

Brookhaven High School

Meanwhile, Brookhaven High School had begun teaching their 7th period class, and they were 10 minutes into it when the explosion occurred. Eventually, the high school's carbon monoxide detectors went off, activating a T4 alarm and causing all high school students to be moved to fresher air and automatically activating a 911 call to the Brookhaven Fire Hall, which sent another fire engine (the only fire engine left) with fire fighters to investigate the source of the carbon monoxide only to find out it was external. As a result, most of period 7 was disrupted, and after the situation failed to resolve as of 3:12 PM, the students were allowed to be dismissed by the principal and leave campus.

New Voldex Retaliation

Shortly during the attack, mayor Voldex Bloke Jr deployed the Brookhaven Police Department to Brookhaven Mall to stop the rioters from escaping. While the rioters were escaping, the police department successfully killed nine people in one vehicle, turning the convoy into four full vehicles and one vehicle with a driver. Brookhaven Police Department said to the rioters they would ally with them if they would only choose to remain peaceful since they were also against age check and chat removal.

Brookhaven Police Department

The officers at the Brookhaven Police Department sent letters summoning all the eyewitnesses to the police station to begin an attempt to apprehend the criminals who were responsible for this explosion. One mall security guard, who was found injured in the pile of rubble and debris created by the explosion and one of the many eyewitnesses who they believed saw the explosion, was quick to accuse the fraternity, hypothesizing that the fraternity had plotted this attack prior to the evening hours of January 15, 2026.

The Arrest

The Brookhaven Police Department would then apprehend the fraternity president for facilitating the act of domestic terrorism, as well as firebombing law enforcement vehicles. In the courthouse, the fraternity president defended his actions, arguing that he has the right to abolish the Robloxian government, which resulted in a hung jury as six voted to acquit, six voted innocent, and the punishment for a successful acquittal was that his fraternity house will be sold by a debt collection agency and all of the vehicles owned by the fraternity will be impounded, and the fraternity president will be sentenced to 50 times the lifespan of an average Robloxian. Seeing that the jury was hung, the fraternity president was able to get away with the crime. They would later make a plan to explode the other locations in Downtown Brookhaven and later grow in scope to cover all of Brookhaven just as long Brookhaven continues to riot against the age check executive order.

Memorial Service

A memorial service for the general Brookhaven public began on 6:00 PM and lasted throughout the night, lasting for five hours and served as a memorial and tribute to all the Brookhaven members who lost their lives or were injured. Family and friends of the victims, government officials, and the Robloxian Armed Forces attended the event.

Censorship by the RCC:

On January 27, 2026, the RCC was charged for suppressing the independent media footage of this attack. While it censored the strong language used by the terrorists, it also censored the word "corporatism", preventing any Robloxian from deducing what the terrorists were protesting. This was controversial, and for the next few hours, many Robloxiapedia users threatened to boycott the RCC by putting independent uncensored media footage of this attack on other platforms. This was largely successful and win for press freedom. The RCC is yet to be sued by the Robloxian people for infringing on press freedoms. Some social media platforms just suppressed the strong language but never suppressed the word "corporatism", however, which at least allowed robloxians to deduce what the terrorists were actually protesting.
