Baoji Eastern is a Baojian restaurant that serves East Baoji delicacies. The restaurant is located in a street in Restaurant Town. The restaurant is known for its menu which specifically serves Neo-Japanese, Korbloxian, Luobese, and Vietbloxian cuisines, with a wide range of menu items.
History
In 1983, Baoji Eastern was opened as a restaurant after a few months of construction. The restaurant was owned by several professional chefs, specifically from those in East Baoji. However, despite the chefs being from East Baoji, a Vietbloxian chef was the founder. Together, they hired other foreign chefs from their own countries and made them cook local foods of their countries.
In 2017, Baoji Eastern was at risk of closure, as many customers opted for more modern foods rather than normal cultural ones, as some of the cuisines served at the restaurant are becoming trendy with snacks, street food and fast food. This forced the management team of Baoji Eastern to introduce kids meals, which obviously included toys. This choice was a very successful way of bringing the customer population back to the restaurant.
The restaurant is planning for a makeover in 2025 after the founding of the restaurant.
