He is considered “one of the deadliest political figures of Robloxia”. Miller is known to be quite controversial especially after his tenure as the mayor of Davidson. He had been the mayor from 2015 to 2017, where he is believed to have caused major protests and riots that led to fatalities.
He lost his mayorship after huge protests and his impeachment. Miller faced imprisonment in 2017 for incitement to violence, crimes against public safety, abuse of office, falsely imprisoning authorities, and negligence of manslaughter, and was released a year later. He is also known for helping and supporting the politician and activist, Coeptus II. In March 2026, Miller was formally summoned by Robloxia’s High Court for his previous crimes, and was determined to be guilty for all charges accused of.
Early Life and Education
Ethan Joseph Miller was born on November 17, 1980, in Bloxburg, into a political family with both his parents, Joseph Miller and Sarah Miller, being politicians of the city. As Miller had grew up in a politically active family, Miller had often been interested in political related things and history. He also had high knowledge about aspects in politics such as laws and councils.
Miller had moved to Davidson, Wisconsin with his family at the age of ten in 1990. During his teenage years, Miller attended DVCBLX Campus, where he was a notable member of certain competitions in school like debates and other events. Miller had also highly liked several dictators from history and wanted to be like them. After graduating high school in 1997, Miller had studied in Davids University.
Political Career
Miller in 2007
Miller had started working at the city's office after graduating from college. As he had noticed situations such as rising crime rates, economic challenges, and social problems, he wanted to solve these, in "a hard way". In 2012, Miller ran for a position on the Davidson City Council, on reducing crime, wanting to experience more power, make improvements in city infrastructure, and to gain fame and a better reputation. Miller initially kept a positive reputation with loose regulations. However, he later began to enforce strict rules which were called “Authoritarian” by many political analysts and was believed to abuse power for the gain of money and other pleasures.
As a councilman, Miller made rules that focused on economic growth, law enforcement funding, and enhanced public surveillance, believing that these measures were necessary to improve quality of life of the city. In January 2017, during an interview at Davidson, Miller said that he wanted to be strict like a dictator which he had been inspired earlier. He had wanted the town to be “proper” as he stated at that year and said that his tenure would bring a better economy for the city and his personal life, which brought in major controversy.
Mayor of Davidson, Wisconsin
By 2014, Miller announced that he wanted to run for mayor, and had worked on the slogan, “a new era of the

prosperous city” to the city. He had convinced the citizens that he guaranteed that the city would be better. Miller wanted the city to be better, however at the same time he had wanted more power, opportunities and a higher rank in the society. Despite the controversy, Miller had won the 2015 mayoral election, having 51% of votes against several other mayors.
Miller’s first major policy as mayor involved increasing public safety through CCTV cameras almost everywhere, and it was necessary for CCTV cameras to be in front of houses which had affected privacy as the most of the cameras’ footage were reviewed frequently by the local government. He ordered the installation of cameras in high traffic areas too, saying that it would decrease crime. Miller soon started to be highly criticized especially after significantly increasing local taxation rates in the city. He had also put up many billboards around the city advertising himself. He soon started to become a controversial figure and the citizens had lack of freedom after other unwanted rules.
Protests and Riots In Davidson
Another policy that Miller had later made during the early 2016 was that there cannot be social gatherings after 9 PM, which gained wide controversy. Miller believed that crime rate would decrease and the city would become more quiet based on his liking. Miller had also forced many small businesses to shut down for unknown reasons and worked on more harsh rules that restricted freedom. Miller was also believed to have bribed the city’s council members to support his proposals. A major protest sparked in August 2016, when thousands of citizens gathered in Davidson main square, demanding that Miller cut local taxation rates, remove the gathering ban at 9 PM, bring back local businesses and many more. After the protests, there had been multiple arrests after conflicts which had been going on for the subsequent years. In September 2016, Miller brought 200 activists gathered in a hall and caused 73 of them to get arrested with rumors having that he had bribed the law enforcement to arrest them and worked closely with council members that supported him to make it sound legal. In December 2016, another major protest occurred and now was accompanied with a massive riot, causing a large destruction around the main parts of the city. By the end of 2016, there were 272 reported deaths and 602 injuries to the riot, primarily due to the exploitation of guns on riots. When asked whether Miller would revert the policy modifications he made, he expressed indifference, causing his controversy to increase and him to receive nationwide attention. During this time, Miller was also seen to encourage violence during the riots by telling the law enforcement to deal with riots by killing the protestors.
Assassination Attempt and Lost of Mayorship
By July 2017, in total, there were 2572 deaths and 4102 injuries from riots that he resulted in, which was considered a noticable percentage of the city’s population. Furthermore, many Robloxians began to started moving out of the city for safety when Miller continued his tenure. During the morning of July 25, 2017, Miller was making a speech and Ron Williams had made nine shots, all of them missed. Miller immediately left mid-speech. On August 2, 2017, Miller was forced to resign after being impeached where 87% of the public did not support him. A few days later, Miller was arrested.
Later Career and Relation With Coeptus II
The controversy associated with Miller remained. Back in Davidson, many changes and reverting of Miller's policies had begun. In 2023, Miller announced that Coeptus II became his ally and now meets him often. Rumor has it that Miller may have helped Coeptus II govern Bloxburg. During an interview in May 2025, Miller said that he was proud to have make “2016 and 2017 one of the darkest times of Davidson”. On March 17, 2026, Miller was formally summoned by Robloxia High Court due to his previous crimes. He initially refused to go to court, but was later forced to using heavy security. He remained largely quiet during the trial although denied his crimes and said that it his rules were necessary against such citizens. On March 22, few days later, the verdict was announced, where Miller was determined to be guilty. The court began deciding the sentence of Miller.
