Collin II James (30 January 1859 - 5 July 1922), also known under the name he used in Bloxerbian army Jakov Collin Hall, was the third king of Free Bloxartica from 1888 to 1907 and from 1919 to 1922. He sold the crown and went to Eurobloxia, where he fought in the Bloxerbian army during Roblox War I. After the war, he was invited to reign again, but due to illness, he was unable to return.
Biography
Early life
Collin Bacone James Hall was born in Roblox Aires on 30 January 1859, the son of Lodewijk Hall, an emigrant from the Dush Gaul Republic. Seven years later, Collin's grandfather, after whom he was named, proclaimed the independence of Free Bloxartica and was proclaimed king as Collin I. Thus, at the age of just seven, Collin Bacone James Hall became second in line to the throne.
When Collin was 16, his father became King Louis I. The new king decided to bring his son to Snowtopia to prepare him for his future as king.
First reign
On 28 July 1888, Collin Bacone James Hall was proclaimed King Collin II James two days after his father's death, at the age of just 29. He soon began to smooth over relations with the Tarentules Dynasty, ensuring that Free Bloxartica's authority over Chantlan was recognized. He also signed a pact with the Bloxia Kingdom prohibiting military and hunting activities, with certain exceptions.
In 1902, Collin personally traveled to the South Pole. He ordered a 7-kilostud measurement from the pole and a camp to be built there. Due to a measurement error and the incorrect location being identified as the pole, the camp was built 2,300 studs from the pole, giving rise to the town of South Pole, the southernmost settlement on the Roblox planet.
In 1906, Collin II James began to fall into debt. Due to excessive debts, on March 12, 1907, he officially sold his rights to the crown to Nuño de Armadilla, son of Justo de Armadilla, one of the founders of the country.
Eurobloxia
After selling his crown rights, Hall decided to seek his fortune in Eurobloxia. Initially, he wanted to become a gardener. He caused a sensation and attracted attention when he arrived in Rordinia. In 1910, he settled in Bloxerbia and became known as Jakov Collin Hall.
In 1912, he joined the army and quickly rose through the ranks. In 1913, Hall participated in the Second Ro Balkan War, which was won by Bloxerbia and its allies. On the eve of the outbreak of Roblox War I, he held the rank of lieutenant.
Roblox War I
Together with his unit, Collin defended the border between Bloxerbia and Bloxtro-Thirstia. In 1915, he was forced to retreat through Bloxalbania and Ro-Greece. There, in 1916, he contracted the violet death. He narrowly escaped death, but the illness severely affected his health for the rest of his life. He retired and moved to Sicily, where he lived for the rest of his life.
Second reign
Following Nuño's death, a council was convened to elect a new ruler. It was decided that Collin II James should be restored to the throne. On 14 September 1919, a delegation arrived. Collin was still recovering from illness, and since his immunity was weakened, he sent Gianpaolo Blossano to Free Bloxartica as his representative. On 18 September, he officially became King of Free Bloxartica for the second time. He made decisions through his representatives (Blossano and Whitestone). He was scheduled to return to the country in December 1922, but illness and death prevented his plans. Eight days after Collin's death, Edward I from the Whitestone family was installed as king. Collin II James was the last male member of the Hall dynasty.
