Special Containment Procedures
A robotic with banning equipment and weaponry is to be deployed every eight months to prevent RSCP-055 from "awakening". If RSCP-055 breaches containment, a global emergency is to be alarmed, and full force by the Mobile Task Force is to be used.
Description
Stronger than 029, [expunged], and 016. No one knows who made it, when it was made, and how powerful it is. Not even it's own intentions. [sic]" - 05-3
CWPST17 (thought to stand for Client, WindowsPlayer, and Studio 2017) is an unknown Lua entity, which is a simple millennium style Robloxian. The license found on the entity changes everyday. It can be:
- December 12, 2003
- June 17, 2006
- November 5, 2010
- April 17, 2012
- July 9, 2026 (also known as the current date)
In November 2012, the entity was first spotted speaking gibberish and garbling. When it was put in custody by the police, it escaped custody. When it was put in prison, it broke free of the prison. Despite those escapes, CWPST17's UserID is 17, meaning that RSCP-055 was the 17th Robloxian ever born since 2006. RSCP-055 was eventually exiled by the government, which seemed to stop it. The creature remained on exile for four years until it returned in January 2016 during a construction project on BLOX City, a Bloxanadian city which gained 75,000 population. The foreman of the project, Issac Hymer had not let any Robloxian know about this, but the entity did. The entity had done the impossible.
it removed the exile punishment administered by the government. It went to random developments across the country and continent speaking gibberish. Online forums were talking about this for eight hours straight, until the RSCP: F got involved. They tried to administer the stronger exile punishment to the entity, believing that it would stop it. (The stronger exile punishment also disables further identity creation). It once again escaped from exile in a matter of hours. Attacks stopped transpiring until March 2016, when BLOX City was finished. RSCP-055 had started to detain and put citizens in custody, residents were banned from entering cities despite them not even going near them, and police departments lost most their offensive abilities.
RSCP-055 also is liable for changing alarm clocks and putting phone clocks to have a countdown to months later (July and September). Later in the month, cities were being entirely evacuated by false alarms and some Robloxians even were being teleported away from their home. The first prototype of a robot with banning equipment (known as an "exile-bot") was used to exile it for a temporary eight months. After the exile, it entered a high school and started evicting citizens temporarily and permanently and evacuating citizens with more false alarms, and if they did not, they were literally kicked out.
As always, it was speaking gibberish, and some syllables and noises that didn't even exist. BLOX City was about to renovate the entire city and neighborhood. However, on July 16th, 2017, at approximately 3:37 AM in the morning in Central time, RSCP-055 had escaped from exile itself and used most its power to start wreaking chaos on Robloxia. It did the usual garbling and kicking people, but then it started to modify reality at about seven in the morning, when RSCP-055 was responsible for making TIX a currency again, then removing the TIX currency, and finally adding it back.
RSCP-055 had restored all the design themes possible in the ROBLOX government website. It was also responsible for the decriminalization of illicit contests and was responsible for artificial manipulation of the price required to enter Robloxia's Stimulus Program. Time had been randomly changing from 1945 to 2013, making random buildings a 1980's style while the one across the street was from 2003, according to one resident of Robloxity "Barry [DATA EXPUNGED]".
Even anchoritium started to become anomalous, with cities alloyed with anchoritium starting to collapse. Cities without anchoritium or destroyed cities were suddenly alloyed with anchoritium and restored to its former state. Thousands of Robloxians were being exiled. During the smoke of the chaos, it had power over the Banland National Penitentiary, government computers, and RSCP cages. In the RSCP perspective, Foundation personnel reported containment chambers opening and closing by themselves, releasing prisoners and trapping them, and artificially manipulating stock prices below 25 ROBUX to 25 ROBUX or higher.
Even computers and other devices were updating to versions in development, versions that did not exist yet, and versions that were deprecated. More than a million Robloxians had been evacuating falsely or forced out of their house by a mysterious force. Electricity and running water were no longer existing in all cities of Robloxia. In 11:03 AM, all of Robloxia was back to normal. Administrators attempted to release people from BNP, but the door release systems had been wiped clean. Welders were sent in to burn off the diamond plate bars to let people out, which took over four weeks.
Every alarm clock and device with a clock on it, any file, or anything digital made after June 5th, 2006, was completely deleted, erased, or destroyed. Ever since July 16, 2017, no further events of RSCP-055 have transpired. RSCP-055 simply vanished.
RSCP-055 came back on October 28, 2021, causing the government to shut down for 79 hours while RSCP: F had to specially re-contain it.
Non-traditional RSCP: F Headings (discusses about theories and how Robloxia eventually got back its 56 million population following a steep decline in population on July 16, 2017)
Theories
The government had to shut down a few days after this incident happened, but some Robloxians took it over and started developing the government from its primal stage after the government released every essential government information before they shut down.
There are many theories as to what happened that day.
The number one theory is terrorists, but the most plausible theory is a Robloxian revolution. It is known that the 2012 to November 2016 incidents were caused by terrorists, but this day in which the country was reverted remains a mystery.
Robloxia was having a lot of controversial laws at the time, which caused a group of 500 Robloxians (mostly composed of Robloxia's elite builders, Robloxians who have immigrated to the nation from 2006 to 2010, and some government members.) to be enraged.
It's thought that they somehow broke into the president's home in Robloxia and started doing things. A lot of them were government members - they would know how to repeal some of the controversial laws of the Robloxian constitution. The original Robloxia government had no control over their nation after three hours of the incident and they were treated as citizens. Robloxia kept a list of every major law passed since founding.
All other major laws were either erased or moved to a location.
On August 2, 2017, another government shutdown occurred.
Recovery
The population of Robloxia on July 15, 2017, was estimated to be 56,000,000. On July 16, 2017, the population dropped to 25,500, 99.955% down from the previous day. The population further dropped, reaching a trough on August 6, 2017, when the nation had a population of 2,500 ± 100. The population from August 6, 2017, to August 18, 2017, rose by 1% daily. On August 18, 2017, Robloxia was home to 2,817 Robloxians. This growth rate would accelerate, resulting in a growth of approximately 20,000-fold in literally eleven days, or the population doubling virtually every 18 hours. (This is questioned as the fastest population growth event ever witnessed in Robloxian history) A city governed by Survivor, a Robloxian who immigrated here on 2007, has been the home to virtually all Robloxians who survived the events of July 16, 2017. On August 29, 2017, Robloxia's population was restored to where it was before the event transpired. ↵
