RSCP-016 is to be specially contained in a pseudo-forest, albeit walled, habitat. The walls must be soundproof and stable. If RSCP-016 awakens from its comatose state, it would be tesla beamed on the head instantly.

Description

RSCP-016 is a large skeleton-like creature with corroded, metallic bones and a ribcage that is normally transparent, but whenever it gets hungry, it turns opaque. RSCP-016 has a pseudo-head that has two sirens attached to it. The creature is known to play several distorted audios:

  • Official Emergency Alert Service Sound
  • Brookhaven Tornado Siren
  • NBOP Bombing Siren
  • Various Tornado Sirens

The creature is hostile to anything that it sees, despite having no eyes. However, the inside of its sirens are disgusting, ugly, corroded, and metallic teeth. It is known to either ■■■■ Robloxian's eardrums using its distorted audios, or picks the Robloxian up and will ■■■■ the Robloxian. The creature is over 47 studs (13.16 meters) tall and 25 studs (7 meters) wide.

Surprisingly, the peak season of sightings of RSCP-016 is the summer season, when it could also be accompanied with bombing alerts, voices, old radios, and/or growls. Strangely, all fires lit, whether gas or with some other fuel, tend to be extinguished when RSCP-016 is near.

Incidents

  1. In July of 1995, a man who had been missing for 3 years had been finally found. He claimed that something huge had taken his friends and was "striding" through the trees on a hiking trip, implying to the Foundation that RSCP-016 is well camouflaged in areas of extremely dense vegetation and/or telephone poles. RSCP-016 then consumed the man's friends, causing the friends to bleed and flesh making his ribcage transparent again.
  2. In 1966, a tourist was driving to Palm County. He took a picture of Palm County's landscape. He realized that RSCP-016 was responsible for the photobombing and later claimed to have heard sirens 2-5 minutes later.
  3. On February 12th, 1966 in Palm County, sirens were heard repeatedly in the central area, just north of Miablox. (This story is connected to Story 2.) The Palm County Police Department ( PCPD ) was called 48 times and two people (in one call) stated "We see a large figure with 2 cones on its neck on a graveyard in the distance".
  4. In a wooded area 4 miles north of Nikilis City on August 20th, 2003, three Robloxians drove to a camping site and heard tornado and bombing sirens despite no bombing and tornado. He called 911, telling the police one thing: "Those sirens!". The Robloxia Park Service and the Nikilis City Police Department ( NCPD ) jointly investigated. The tent where the Robloxians camped was found with the Robloxians identification, wallets( which had a few Robux spilled out), and their bags. It is presumed the victims were unpacking when the survivor called 911 because the corpses of the victimized were found 30 studs (8.4 meters) from the tent, and authorities noticed something that looked like a radio tower in the tree line that was non-existent 20 minutes ago, implying to the Foundation that RSCP-016 has a radio tower appearance.
  5. On March 4th, 2011, 2-5 citizens of Brookhaven called 911, reporting several things that are synonymous with the RSCP-016. They also heard a siren that sounded similar to their localized tornado siren. One call has even given the Foundation a tertiary nickname (Siren Head). According to the call, the Robloxian is being chased by RSCP-016 and was later victimized.
  6. On October 29th, 2010, a motel in Robloxity was the origin of many RSCP-016 reports, citing garbled announcements and static coming from outside the motel, which was a forest. The motel manager and the guests reported "a grotesque piece of art" in the parking lot. It disappeared just minutes later.
  7. On July 14, 2021, at 6:48:15 PM, RSCP-016 was awakened by "seeing" RSCP-015 move. RSCP-016 then broke the special containment site, but the tesla beams on Site-14 were found to be defective, causing him to leave without being tesla beamed. He later lead Robloxia's first ever RSCP Pursuit. RSCP-015 was going to Adopt Me to hack the databases here, and RSCP-016 found out that he had a hidden Thaumiel power. RSCP-016 exploited this power to stop RSCP-015 from hacking, but it was already too late. RSCP-015 hacked the database of Adopt Me!. RSCP-016 then blared EAS sounds and tornado sirens in order to bait the RSCP-015 so he could perform what is known as RSCP cannibalism, which caused local citizens to be confused as their televisions did not have the words "Emergency Alert Warning" and there was no tornado behavior. RSCP-015 eventually was caught by RSCP-016, and RSCP-016 took RSCP-015 back to Site-14, but the tesla beams on the site were to be fixed, and so they moved RSCP-015 to Site-15.
  8. On November 2nd, 2014, a young female Robloxian and her two best friends were walking home from a movie. They had to take a route through the woods due to a police chase incident gone wrong in Downtown Seaboard City. They had planned to spend the night at the young female Robloxian's friend Amy's house. Just halfway through the path, they found an abandoned pizzeria (Freddy Fazbear's Pizza). They had heard a large footstep, and at the right time, Julie snapped a photograph of RSCP-016. They were all killed. The picture was damaged due to rainfall that night. This is an artist's impression of the photograph (now destroyed due to rain):
  9. On July 6th, 1944 (during The Second Robloxian War), a picture man took a photograph of RSCP-016 behind 2 soldiers about to shoot a soldier. The photo was found in 2019 in Brookhaven's archives. The camera has a motion blur, indicating the cameraman was going to run.
  10. In July of 2016 in Block Island, several Robloxians heard tornado sirens coming from the direction of Killer Springs. There was a large radio tower sitting in the forest of Block Island. However, it vanished few hours later.
  11. On October 5, 2021, 3:51:50 PM, A Bloxtuber named Michel Bloxington "HypeMyke" recorded a hour long video describing a creature known by the RSCP Foundation only as RSCP-016 in the forests of Bloxanada, specifically the Siren Head Forest of Southern Bloxanada. The video featured scared campers confirming figures and hearing sirens, some of them thinking that RSCP-016 is real. According to DJ Brick, who commented on the hour long footage, he said that the RSCP Foundation is currently swatting Bloxanadian news stations, which forced news stations that covered the story to cut to advertising as a way to suppress the Bloxanadian media to know about RSCP-016.

THIS IS NOT A TEST. This Emergency Alert Broadcast is broadcasted by the request of the Brickland Police Department. At 4:51 AM, June 5th 2009, an unknown entity with an odd looking body with a metallic pole with 2 bombing sirens attached to it, had entered the Brickland County/Harris Metropolitan Area, playing a random mix of tornado sirens, EAS Alert tones, and other sounds you would hear during a disaster. It was also garbling up random words such as "Walley" "Vile", and others. The BPD has described this creature as hostile, and all residents are advised to stay indoors. Other entities such as a humanoid 1930 era cat and a long, white creature with a "fake" face were spotted. Hide in the lowest floor with no windows, bring a flashlight with batteries, turn off devices and lights, and get food and water to last 2 weeks, and stay silent. *alert tone x3* *Emergency siren goes off*

False Incidents

Those incidents have been proven by the RSCP Foundation to never have transpired.
August 24th, 2021, a former paranormal investigator (27 years old) had volunteered to go and search for RSCP-016. The team he was with was over 46 people in Harris National Park, located 12 miles north of Robloxity. The nearest civilization center was seven miles away. After volunteering successfully, he went to the top of Outpost 2 and got onto a radio. He heard the screaming of hundreds and people trapped in a building. He later learnt that 016 had knocked over Outpost 1 trapping them inside. Soldiers were screaming and firing their MP5's at it, but did 7% of damage. They brought in a bomb that did 34% damage. It's unknown what happened after.
