Bloxburg Valley State Route 23 is a state highway in the Bloxburg Valley state that connects the coast and the Santa Catalina Mountains with the Santa Catalina and Santa Clarax River valleys. It runs from State Route 1 in Nectarine City in Los Angelox County to City of Bloxburg - Fort Sapphire Highway (Bloxburg Valley State Route 28).
