- Bloxburg Valley State Route 28 (formerly Bloxburg Valley State Route 118) is a state highway in the Robloxia state of Bloxburg Valley that runs west to east through Bloxburg County to the west and Fort Sapphire to the east. Bloxburg Valley State Route 28 crosses a mountain pass and the northern rim of the San Bernando Valley along its route.
