About

The Bloxburg Valley Authority is a secondary provider of power within Bloxburg Valley. The company operates power plants in many different cities such as River City and Bloxburg. The BVA generates it's power from solar farms, nuclear reactors, and hydro-electric dams. The company is a large competitor with other companies within the state such as Blox Electricity.

Praise was received after the 2015 Blox Electricity Power Plant Meltdown occured, which resulted in the BVA supplying temporary power to residents of competing companies until the blackout was resolved. This increased the companies revenue by over 56%.

The BVA operates on a contract-only basis. This results in only certain manufacturers, companies, and municipalities operating using BVA power sources, as most of Bloxburg Valley still uses power from Blox Electricity

History

The BVA traces back to 1930, where Arthur McBlox founded the Bloxburg Power Company. Arthur's first company started small, though over the next three years it grew.

In 1933, Arthur renamed the Bloxburg Power Company into the Bloxburg Valley Authority, where it grew until 1939, when Roblox War II started.

From 1939 until 1943, the BVA provided power to airfields, factories, and bases for the Robloxian Armed Forces.

During the 1987 Investigation of the "Hush Killer", officers from the BVA Police assisted members of the Liberty County Sheriff's Office, River City Police Department, and the Bloxburg Valley Highway Patrol.

As of 2026, the family tree continues on as Arthur McBlox's great-great-great grandson is the Chief Executive Officer.
