Bloxangor is a city located in the southwestern region of Baine, located within several hills and near the mountains of the state. The city is known for its vast history, rich culture, and popular scenery like many other hill view places of Baine. As of the 2024 census, the city has a population of 432,298, making it the third largest city in the state after Bluesand City and Diamond City.
History
Early Settlement and Dush Influence (1300–1500)
Before the arrival of other settlers, the area was inhabited by indigenous Robloxian tribes who established villages in the hills due to the abundance of certain resources. In 1292, explorers from the Dush Empire arrived in Baine, establishing small settlements and trading posts in the northeastern parts, including areas near present day Bloxangor. Around 1301, the Dush had arrived at today's city, Bloxangor.
Robloxian Empire (1500–1700)
In 1500, the Dush Empire transferred control of the region to the Robloxian Empire, and the ownership was also transferred along with other places along the Carl Territories. Over the next few decades, the settlement of Bloxangor grew as more Robloxians arrived, engaging in agriculture, trade, and lumber. However, the region remained less populated for quite a long time due to the long distance from other major cities.
Industrial Growth (1800–1900)
By the 19th century, Bloxangor contained numerous industrial buildings and the population resumed to grow. Its abundance of natural resources, including lumber and minerals, helped in the growth of many factories. The introduction of railways during the mid 1800s connected Bloxangor to other parts of Robloxia, supporting the economy and growth. During this time, more settlers moved in and the city continued to develop.
The 20th Century Development (1901-2000)
The city's development was temporarily disrupted during RW1 and RW2, which affected much of Baine in the early 20th century. Although Bloxangor was not really a battlefield, its economy suffered as resources and manpower were used for the war. Following RW2, the city experienced a period of rebuilding, with many new businesses expanding.
By the mid 20th century, Bloxangor had rose into a medium sized city, industries continued to expand and education highly improved during the early 1950s. The establishment of schools, libraries, and museums in the 1950s and 1960s helped modernize the city.
