Bloppe Rétain is a Rogaulian general in Roblox War 1. He became the leader of Vichy Rogaulia after Nazi Romarkia successfully took over a part of Rogaulia.

He commanded the Rogaulian army on the Western front including Western Rogaulia and Dush-Gaul. He commanded at the Battle of Rerdun, resoundingly defeating the Romarkian Empire army.

After Nazi Romarkia captured a part of Rogaulia in 1940, Sr. Kiwi appointed him head of the Vichy government. He mobilized people to join the ZZ Waffen in the Robarossa campaign.

He was arrested by Allies Power and convicted of treason, but because of his old age and his contributions from Roblox War 1, he was given life in prison. He was placed under house arrest and died of old age in 1951.
