Born on ████████████████████████, Astra Lilly would be a major asset to the RSCP Foundation as a researcher and would remain as a researcher until the formation of United Kemonos of Neo-Japan. In her time working for the RSCP Foundation she would oversee the training of their trainee researcher ████████. Upon her resigning from them she would meet Autumn Fox and marry three months later.
2001-2025
She would spend a large amount of time watching and making sure the group she was a director for was stable and orderly. In her free time she would do photography and start meeting with directors of other groups. Her first meeting was with R5-1 and R5-5.

R5-1: "So, you must be from that one group of the Global Investigations and Justice Department?"
Astra: "Yes sir. I came to discuss that Furry Headquarters group, what is it they are hiding?"
R5-5: "Besides most of everything? I think the most important would be Project Shocker."

Astra: "Oh come on. It has to be able to be used for a second use as cover."
R5-1: "It is like your one yes, but it is also unique in the aspect of it is more space saving."

She would spend this time working quietly and almost causing concern in United Kemonos of Neo-Japan if she had lost interest in the group. She would start watching again after they had multiple incidents. One incident that she would be brought in on is the GAMA Hospital Incident.

???: "Ah Astra. I am sure you saw what happened?"
Astra: "Yeah it was all over Neo-Japan's news. What now?"
???: "We have information that the SFA collected on Sierra Karey that she has a new more aggressive pick to take over for her if something would happen to her."
Astra: "Great. So more chaos?"
???: "Yes. Try to keep United Kemonos out of whatever happens soon. We will watch your group and Furry Headquarters closely."
Astra: "What about the Global Investigations and Justice Department? They can give us orders."
???: "Not if the SFA has anything to say about it. They try to undermine our authority then a war has begun."
