The Smith v. Furry Headquarters Trial was a trial that took place from March 16 to 23, 2025. The trial was set with United States president Mason Smith, vice president Matthew Smith, representative John Y. Puma, Telamon Islands president Kamehameha Makakala, and Ro-Kasom president Ra-Al Gol, against AndroidTan, his lawyer, Alex Lankstrom, and other figures. The plaintiffs plans are shutting down the Furry Headquarters' operations in Robloxia and other countries that deem them as a terrorist organization.

The President of Robloxia, Mason Smith, started a discussion on the case due to allegations on the organization causing raids, small protests and violence in Robloxia, being seen as a terrorist organization. Telamon Islands and Ro-Kasom also joined as they had permitted them as terrorists organisations before. The case was ruled by judge, Oliver Smith from the International Court of Justice.

Information

Plaintiffs

Robloxian President Mason "Scorpio" Smith

The primary plaintiff and instigator of the lawsuit is the 31st president of Robloxia, having assumed office in 2024. At 41 years of age, he is also the founder of ScorpCorp. Alongside Vice President Matthew Smith and Representative John Y. Puma, he represents the United States of Robloxia.

Robloxian Vice President Matthew Smith

Matthew Smith has served as the Vice President of Robloxia since 2024. At 42 years of age, he is also the first cousin of President Smith. He was the initial participant to engage in the case immediately following Smith's initiation of the trial.

Bloxburg Valley Representative John Y. Puma

John Y. Puma, commonly referred to as John Puma, has represented Bloxburg Valley since 2020. He leads the Robloxian Progressive Party and contested in the presidential election of 2024. He and President Smith were among the first to engage in discussions regarding this case. Their relationship is notably ironic, as they were adversaries during the election but have since become acquaintances during the trial.

Telamonian President Kamehameha Makakala

Kamehameha Makakala, the 11th and current president of the Telamon Islands since 2024, maintains a strong friendship with President Smith, despite their affiliation with different political parties and ideologies. Together, they have fostered closer ties between Robloxia and the Telamon Islands, a significant development since RW2. He was the second-to-last individual to join the trial, having recognized the FH as a terrorist organization. The Telamon Islands officially classified them as such in 2023, following the assassination of one of their parliamentary representatives. Previously, it was considered a criminal organization.

Ro-Kasomian President Ra-Al Gol

Ra-Al Gol serves as the current president of Ro-Kasom. He was the final member to align with the plaintiffs, as Ro-Kasom designated the FH as a terrorist organization after a raid in 2022 that resulted in the deaths of 32 Ro-Kasomians. His involvement on the plaintiffs' side is minimal, given that the raid represents one of the few instances of the FH attacking their nation. Due to him not knowing english, his translator, Lo Scol, did a majority of the arguments for him.

Defendant

Andrew Trimetzer (aka. AndroidTan/Director Arctic Fox)

AndroidTan, the founder and leader of Furry Headquarters, who is 34 years old. Medical records indicate that he was diagnosed with AAD at the age of three. His most recent position was with the Anti-Furry Coalition, from which he departed due to ideological differences. In 2008, at the age of 17, he established the organization known as Furry Headquarters.

Defensive Lawyer Alex Lankstrom

Defensive Lawyer Alex Lankstrom, a defense attorney hailing from the Bloxia Kingdom, traveled from Ro-London to support AndroidTan in the legal matter at hand. Lankstrom has a track record of successfully defending clients, with all his previous cases resulting in acquittals for the defendants. AndroidTan engaged Lankstrom's services based on a standard recommendation, recognizing him as a viable option for legal representation.

Politician Simon Nitzani

Israblox Politician Simon Nitzani, a Politician from the Israblox, traveled from Israblox to support AndroidTan and clear Furry Headquarters from legal matter at hand. Nitzani was the one who suggested Furry Headquarters to assist Israblox in the Heavy Removal of Anti-Furries in Israblox, and due to Ramas allying with Anti-Furries, they also requested for Furry Headquarters to eliminate the Anti-Furries and keep Ramas away from causing more trouble.

Although Furry Headquarters is a Terrorist Organisation, he suggests that Furry Headquarters is to be put under a leash rather to be disbanded due to disbandment can lead to additional problems as certain countries sees Furry Headquarters as a Loyal Organisation. Which could lead to multiple protest, accidents, and even Terrorist Attacks.

Evidence

The collected evidences are shown below:

Selected Evidence Type of Evidence Description Correlation Reason
Robloxia Law 84759-0284A Written Evidence Information that stated Furries should be Evicted instead of Executed Defendant The Record shows that Robloxia had only intended to Evict Furries instead of Execution.

However, according to the case, the Furries were Executed on Robloxia Grounds, which AndroidTan sees as Mason Smith failing his time. (Warranting Immediate Grounds for truce reminders)

If used in this case, Mason Smith will be questioned on the certainty of said law.
Anti-Furry Records (Official/Closed) Written Evidence Information that AndroidTan collected when he is still a Coalition Director. The Record shows that Robloxia and certain other government figures (with one photo being Mason Smith) have been inside man of the Anti-Furry Coalition, which is useful for AndroidTan to say that Mason Smith authorized the theft of uniforms when combining the Video Evidence collected by IAA-SA.
If used in this case, Mason Smith and the other Plaintiffs will be questioned using a Questioning Method, and if tempted properly, the truth will be revealed.
Agency Record - CCTV Footage Video Evidence Data record from IAA-SA at FH Site-28 (The Site where Uniforms was stolen) The Recording shows that 7 unidentified intruders infiltrated one of the sites and stole uniforms, confirming AndroidTan's hunch on Impersonation and faking of evidence
If used in this case, Mason Smith with face a Confirming amount of questions due to that site located in the Robloxian Country State
Data Sheet - Robloxia Operations Written Evidence Data Record of every Operations made by Furry Headquarters across Global.

However, this data sheet only contains the information regarding of Operations in Robloxia.

The Data Sheet contains evidence that every operation with casualties was compensated. However, the data sheets contain four operations circled as "Fake" and were marked for Internal Investigation.
The Operations that are circled fake are:
  1. TI Palace Bombing
  2. Robloxia Pentagram Raid
  3. Ion Bomb Release over New Blockers
  4. The Killing of a Government Official

The reason for this is that all FH Operators were sent to Slesia, Bloxico to handle the pending Drug Cartel Protests.

If used against the defendant, there is a slim chance it will succeed as the four operations will be noted as not liable enough for legal charges.

If used in this case, it will show that all evidence that the Prosecutor listed are written as Furry Headquarters Operation, but was forged on request of Mason Smith.

Medical record Medical evidence Medical record of AndroidTan from St. Alice Medical Hospital in Bloxia Kingdom. He has clear signs of AAD AndroidTan, when he was 3, was diagnosed with AAD, which makes the Robloxian smarter than they intentionally are. So as per-standard medical procedures, he was given Psychology Therapy and given Medical Prescribed Drugs used to keep his Mind in check.
If used in this case; it can be used to suspect that AndroidTan's AAD has gone to the point he was under Sanity Distress - a Common Effect for Patients Diagnosed with AAD. leading him to plan out things that are not as part of their Mind, should think and ending with the Current Riots, Protests, and Violence.
Authorization File - TI Bombing Written evidence Evidence of the Authorization of the TI Presidential Palace Bombing. The File shows that AndroidTan "authorized" the TI Presidential Palace Bombing. However, according to his lawyer, the signature used to authorise the Operation is not AndroidTan's Legitimate Signature and was forged without the Defendant's knowledge.
Currently, there are only five robloxians other than AndroidTan in Furry Headquarters that can authorize the Operation without any Bureaucracy Response:
  • Members of The Furry Council
  • An Unnamed OVERWATCH Commander

If used in this case; it will show that AndroidTan did not authorized the TI Presidential Palace Bombing, but still be questioned on why he didn't notice it.
Audio Recorder - AndroidTan's Alibi Audio evidence Audio Recording that was listed as "AndroidTan's Alibi". According to the Recording, AndroidTan says that he didn't notice an Undercover Agent has infiltrated his organisation and authorized operations that are against Robloxian law, which in return he said that he has taken the liberty to attempt to find the said Undercover Agent with the Assistance of every Intelligence Agency he has put contact with, however he returned with some questions regarding the Undercover Agent utilize countless disguises to get pass AndroidTan or even the Council Members.
If used in this case; it may prove that AndroidTan did attempt to resolve the situation but came back empty handed.
Photos Photographical evidence Photos of truck loaded with explosives in Telamonian Presidential Palace Plaintiff The photos can show how the FH used terrorist threats against the president of TI at the time. It can also show how FH has little control over its agents, as the defendant stated that they had no relation to the incident.
Surveillance video Video evidence Shows a car with several Furries in it, the same car was found near an Anti-Furry Coalition base in Ro-Kasom. Inside the vehicle was several semi-automatic weapons, and 22 30-round magazines, which is illegal under Ro-Kasomian law, as only 10-round magazines or less are legal within the country. The video shows how FH attempted to raid an Anti-Furry base, however instead, they opened fire upon an Anti-Furry neighborhood, killing only 3 members of the Anti-Furry Coalition, despite 32 people being killed before their arrest.
Surveillance video A Video showing Furry Headquarters committing the attack. Shows additonal survelance footage of the attack, clearly showing members of Furry Headquarters killing innocent people.
Photos Photographical evidence Shows a photo of a body, with two furries, armed with AR-15s standing on it. It shows that Furry Headquarters had no care over the situation, and used it to solely to spread terror to Anti-Furries, so they could kidnap more.

Proceedings

Day 1 ~ March 16

Judge: "This court is now in session. We are here to hear the case of Mason Smith v. AndroidTan regarding the condemnation of Furry Headquarters as a terrorist organization. The plaintiffs, representing Robloxia, Telamon Islands, and Ro-Kasom, seek to have Furry Headquarters officially designated as a terrorist entity and removed from their territories. The defense, led by AndroidTan and his legal counsel, aims to refute these allegations and maintain their operations.

We will first hear opening statements from the plaintiffs. President Mason “Scorpio” Smith, you may proceed."

Mason Smith: "Your Honor, esteemed members of the court,

We stand here today to hold the Furry Headquarters accountable for years of violence, terrorism, and lawlessness. Robloxia, the Telamon Islands, and Ro-Kasom have all suffered violence at their [Furry Headquarters] hands with many innocent civilians abducted, many leading figures assassinated or a victim of attempted assassination, and general terror being spread throughout our communities. Furry Headquarters claims to be a policing force, yet they operate as a rogue paramilitary group, ignoring both national and international law. Each time they are confronted, they deny, deflect, and blame "rogue operatives." But the evidence is clear, their actions form a deliberate pattern of brutality. Much of Robloxia has stripped Furry Headquarters of its powers and declared it a terrorist organization, and today, we ask this court to do the same. This case is about justice, for every innocent life affected by FH’s crimes. No group is above the law, and we will prove that FH must be condemned and dismantled before they do further harm, your honor.”

Judge: "Thank you, President Smith. This court acknowledges your statement. The defense may now present their opening statement."

Lankstrom: "Your honor, as part of my defendant, the evidence on this case is that no information was given to him regarding of the information you told us now, only some of them were given to him for viewing. In theory, if he didn't receive it, the operations done to attack on sacred grounds are...unauthorized and illegal to conduct. We are an organization dedicated to safeguarding the Furry race, and our operations seek to carry out that goal.”

Judge: "Mr. Lankstrom, your argument suggests that the defendant was unaware of certain operations conducted under his leadership. However, as the leader of Furry Headquarters, it was his responsibility to oversee and regulate all actions taken by his organization. You may proceed with your argument.“

AndroidTan: {Hands judge the folder of the Incidents regarding of the Telamon Islands Bomb Incident.}

Judge: {Took the folder, and flipped through its contents}

Judge: "Mr. Lankstrom, can you summarize what this evidence is meant to demonstrate? Are you asserting that these incidents were carried out without your client’s knowledge, or are you suggesting a different interpretation of the events?"

Lawyer Lankstrom: "As Per Reference on my Client, he says that no one, not even the lead committee of Operations didn't inform him for unknown reason, the committee was however required to be placed under mass replacement by Ethics.”

Judge: "To clarify, Mr. Lankstrom, your client is stating that these operations were conducted without his knowledge or authorization, meaning there was a failure in command within Furry Headquarters itself. You are further suggesting that the internal ethics committee deemed a mass replacement of leadership necessary due to these unauthorized actions?"

{Brief pause}

"If this is the case, then we must consider whether this indicates negligence on your client’s part or a deliberate effort to distance himself from FH’s more controversial activities. The court will need to determine whether this lack of oversight absolves him of responsibility or, conversely, reinforces claims of Furry Headquarters’ lack of accountability."

"Do you have any records proving this supposed replacement process took place, and if so, when?"

Lankstrom: "As you see here, there was a Signature that is NOT the Head Director Signature Mr AndroidTan use. As due to this, it was forged and kept away from the Council Approval."

Judge: Examined the document carefully.

"Mr. Lankstrom, you are presenting this as evidence that an unauthorized individual forged an official directive within FH, bypassing both the Head Director and the Council’s approval. If true, this would suggest internal corruption or rogue elements acting independently within the organization."

"However, this raises further questions: If the defendant had no knowledge of these actions, to what extent was he exercising leadership over FH? If forged directives could be issued and acted upon without his oversight, does this not indicate a failure of control within FH’s structure?"

He turned back to Lankstrom.

"Does the defense have any forensic verification proving the signature was forged? And if so, who within FH had the authority to issue operational orders in the defendant’s absence?"

Lankstrom: "According to Mr AndroidTan, there are only 6 members who will authorize the operation, with five being the himself, council members, and an Unnamed OVERWATCH Commander who was fired in response for this in 2024."

Judge: “Understood. This court is no longer in session, we will resume proceedings tomorrow.”

Day 2: March 17

[Section skipped for privacy reasons]

{Kamehameha Makakala: Handed the judge a folder with photos.}

"As a representative of Telamon Islands, I want to prove the harmfulness of FH and justify the recognizing the organization as a terrorist organization. The definition of terrorism as per Telamon Islands law is ‘all aggressive criminal activities against non-combatants aimed at creating social fear or gaining political benefits.’ The folder that I am bringing as evidence contains photos that show examples of terrorist attacks in Telamon Islands and prove FH's guilt for numerous crimes of a terrorist nature.”

{Judge looks through the photographs}

Kamehameha Makakala: “I hope I managed to give a good presentation of what the organization is capable of. That's all. I'll give the floor to the judge."

Judge: "Mr. Makakala, the evidence presented here is definite proof of a series of attacks spanning years, with clear allegations linking FH operatives to acts of terrorism within Telamon Islands, as well as connections to similar incidents in Robloxia. The documents you provided suggest a direct link between the defendant and at least one of these operations. Mr. Lankstrom, given the evidence provided, I must ask: Does the defense dispute the authenticity of these documents, particularly the one bearing the defendant’s signature? And if not, can you provide an explanation as to why the defendant’s authorization appears on documentation related to an alleged hostage camp?"

"Additionally, Mr. Makakala, while the photographic and documentary evidence is compelling, I will need confirmation on the methods used to obtain these materials. Were the intelligence findings lawfully obtained under Telamon Islands’ jurisdiction, and can they be independently verified?"

Kamehameha Makakala: “Yes, your honor.”

Judge: “You may be dismissed sir. Mr. Smith, do you have any additional comments?”

Mason Smith: "Your Honor, let’s not forget one of the most horrifying acts of violence committed by FH, the 2019 massacre in Brookscity, where Furry Headquarters forces stormed a peaceful community under the false claim that it was a hub for ‘anti-FH extremists.’ What followed was nothing short of a war crime. Over 50 civilians were brutally murdered, simply for defending themselves against these terrorists. Survivors recall seeing FH operatives holding innocent people in the streets and setting homes ablaze, ensuring no one could return. Allegedly, this was a community of anti-furries, but we later discovered that this was fabricated, and instead retaliatory. Despite overwhelming eyewitness testimony, photographic evidence, and Furry Headquarters insignia found on the attackers' uniforms, they [Furry Headquarters] refused to take responsibility. Instead, they cowardly shifted the blame onto 'rogue operatives'. We would later realize this massacre was not an accident, it was a deliberate, attack on innocent civilians. And yet, Furry Headquarters still operates freely, evading justice for their crimes. If we ignore this, what message does it send? That mass murder has no consequences? That terrorizing civilians is acceptable? No! Justice must be served. FH must answer for what they did.

AndroidTan: “The individuals responsible for the attack in Brookscity were-“

Judge: “AndroidTan, please sit down, and be quiet, you will have a turn to testify in a moment.”

Mason Smith: "The defense argues that AndroidTan had no knowledge of the actions committed by his organization. But let me ask, how can a leader claim ignorance when his organization has carried out terrorist acts for years? If he truly had no control over FH’s actions, then that only proves our point that Furry Headquarters is a lawless, rogue entity that must be dismantled and outlawed immediately. The evidence provided by Telamon Islands clearly shows that FH has been involved in assassinations, bombings, and even the kidnapping of Robloxian citizens. The defense claims that signatures were forged and that unauthorized individuals ordered these attacks, but the fact remains that these crimes were, without a doubt committed by FH. Their operatives, their resources, their members. And if AndroidTan was powerless to stop it, then FH is even more dangerous than we thought. Thank you, Your Honor."

{Brief Pause}

Judge: "Mr. Lankstrom, the prosecution has now provided additional evidence, detailing what they describe as a massacre committed by FH forces in 2019. The claim is supported by photographic evidence, eyewitness accounts, and direct links to FH operatives. The argument made is that FH, whether under the defendant's direct command or not, has functioned as a lawless organization responsible for terrorism, war crimes, and atrocities. Furthermore, while the evidence presented is substantial, I must ensure due process. Mr. Smith, were there any prior investigations conducted by Robloxian or international authorities into FH’s involvement in the 2019 massacre? Were there any official statements or denials from FH leadership at the time? The court will need to establish whether due diligence was performed before this trial."

Mason Smith: “The Federal Surveillance Bureau conducted their investigation into the incident and found that Furry Headquarters was responsible for said incident, and assisted all the perpetrators to flee the country without any repercussions for their crime.

Judge: “Thank you sir. I ask again, does the defense dispute the authenticity of this evidence? And more importantly, if Mr. AndroidTan did not authorize such actions, where does responsibility fall within the FH structure?”

Lankstrom: “We may continue this tomorrow, my client and I have nothing more to say today.”

Judge: “ With that being said, this court is no longer in session, and will resume tomorrow.”

Day 3

Judge: “This court is now in session, we will begin with the proceedings. Picking back from yesterday, does the defense dispute the authenticity of the evidence?”

AndroidTan: "Your Honor, as regarding my negligence, I will have to say that there was one incident in FH that got pass my knowledge, which is the infiltration of my organization and that has led to a theft of a wide set of our property. And regarding the deceased, we have given members of their community a Compensation Package in return. Equally considering; nothing is to prove the legitimately of his claims it is actually Furry Headquarters Operators who initiated the raid. They were all rogue officers acting off a suspicion. The individuals that died that day did so ‘defending’ themselves against officers that weren’t intending to harm them, as their target was anti-Furries. And regarding leadership, in certain laws they say the Founder is only held accountable only in emergencies, which even if I am required to oversee it, I am unable due to said law. And regarding of the Furry Headquarters Operator you capture, you fucked up, dumbass. All our operators are in Slesia, Bloxico dealing a Bloxico riot at that time. So you guys captured your own people, this is because."

Judge: “I need you to watch your language in here, sir. Otherwise, I will have you sent out. Mr.AndroidTan, you claim that the Anti-Furry Coalition stole Furry Headquarters equipment and carried out these acts under the guise of FH operatives. You also state that your client, Mr. AndroidTan, made this assertion publicly at the time. However, this court requires verifiable evidence to support such a claim. If the AFC, did, in fact steal supplies and uniforms from your organization, why would they try to attack other individuals suspected of being anti-Furries?”

{Long pause}

"Can you provide documentation, intelligence reports, or any official records indicating that FH equipment was stolen and subsequently misused by the Anti-Furry Coalition?”

AndroidTan: “Yes, your honor, here are some pictures of the incident.”

Judge: “These pictures do not show anyone who appears to be an intruder, and the transcript from your security system shows no intrusion or indication of any intrusion whatsoever in the days leading up to the shootings. Mr. Smith, does the prosecution have any evidence that directly contradicts this claim? Specifically, are there records or forensic analyses confirming that the perpetrators of the 2019 massacre were officially linked to FH beyond just the use of FH-marked equipment?”

AndroidTan: "The people there [in the photographs] are not registered in the system, nor myself or anyone recognize their faces. Except you, who do you think they are. Mr Smith?”

AndroidTan:

Lankstrom: "According to the Record, yes, it is true, Robloxia is indeed the main operation location for the Anti-Furry Coalition. And it was signed by Mr Smith."

Mason Smith: I call Ra-Al Gol to the stand, as a witness.”

Ra-Al Gol: “So what your saying, is that all Anti-Furries are terrorists, is that correct? Now, tell me, how can you be against terrorism, when you yourself are doing terrorism yourself? You took the lives of over 1,000 people over the course of your organization’s history, and some of them were innocent, who had nothing to do with it, and you guys killed them, simply because of how they didn't like the same subgroup that you are. Even if you didn't sign the documents for the TI attacks, you still failed to report it, and as such you let the attack slide, ending up with the death of an innocent person. I don't care what you say, you let the attack happen, and as such, you helped cause the attack. Your attorney claims it was not your signature, however, who is to say that it isn't someone else who signed it?”

Judge: "This court will not allow baseless accusations to serve as fact. The defense has claimed that the Anti-Furry Coalition was responsible for certain acts of violence, yet no substantial third-party evidence has been presented to support these allegations. At the same time, the prosecution has provided extensive documentation, including eyewitness reports, intelligence findings, and forensic evidence linking FH to numerous terrorist incidents. Now, the question at hand is not just whether AndroidTan directly ordered these attacks, but whether he, as a leader, bears responsibility for the actions of his organization. The defense argues that signatures were forged and operations were carried out without his knowledge, but, If FH operatives carried out terrorist acts under his command, whether with or without his direct approval, the burden of responsibility still falls upon him, because he did not do anything to report it. We will resume court tomorrow, we are no longer in session.”

Day 4:

Furthermore, the defense has presented a file categorizing incidents as 'accidents' or 'faked by the enemy.' However, as the prosecution has pointed out, internal documentation without independent verification holds little weight in this court. If these claims are to be taken seriously, the defense must provide external, third-party investigations that support their assertions. Without such evidence, these claims remain unproven and cannot be used to dismiss FH's involvement in these atrocities.

AndroidTan, you are being tried for your role in these crimes, whether through direct involvement or negligence. This court will continue to examine the evidence carefully, but let it be clear—responsibility cannot be evaded through unverified claims or after-the-fact explanations. If new, credible evidence is to be presented, now is the time."

Mason Smith: (Scorpio Smith crosses his arms, his expression firm as he looks toward AndroidTan.)

"You can present all the internal files you want, but at the end of the day, that’s all they are—internal. FH’s own records calling something 'faked by the enemy' doesn’t prove a thing. Where’s the outside verification? Where’s the independent investigation confirming this? Because right now, what we have are multiple documented attacks tied to FH, and if these incidents are anything like the ones we've already seen, there's no real proof to debunk them—just claims and excuses."

(He leans forward slightly.)

"The fact remains: time and time again, FH members have been linked to violent attacks. If this was all a setup, if these were 'faked,' then why hasn’t FH brought forward real evidence before now? And why did these supposed enemy fakes always happen in ways that benefited FH’s cause?"

He lets the words hang in the air before glancing toward the judge.

"We’re not here to entertain baseless theories. The facts we’ve presented speak for themselves."

Judge: "The prosecution raises an important point. Internal documents alone do not constitute objective evidence. If the defense wishes to prove that these incidents were falsified or orchestrated by an opposing force, the burden of proof lies with you. Without independent verification, your claims remain speculative at best.

Furthermore, the pattern of FH's involvement in violent acts cannot be ignored. Even if some incidents were allegedly faked, what about the ones that were undeniably carried out by FH operatives? The evidence presented by the prosecution, including forensic reports, survivor testimonies, and intercepted communications, paints a consistent picture of FH’s role in acts of violence.

This court will not accept mere claims without substantial supporting evidence. If the defense has real proof to back their statements, now is the time to present it. Otherwise, we must move forward with the established facts at hand."

Until AndroidTan shows an AFC Record containing at least 20 Photos of Government Officials, including oddly enough, one that has the same look at Mason Smith,

AndroidTan: "Now how do I explain, you see a lot of faces in very lot of records you store in an Underground Vault, but here in an AFC Record, found on the 8th of March in 2009, when I infiltrated an AFC Base in the Bloxia Kingdom. Are faces I recognise as Governmental Officials for the Robloxian Government"

Politician Nitzani: "Well Well, that is something interesting."

AndroidTan: "So do I have to answer again? Why do you have to hide it for centuries? Else, we call it a day, and you can get my organisation disbanded, without finding the truth about something you desperately wanted."

Judge: He examined the photographs carefully before responding.

"The court acknowledges the evidence presented by the defense. However, let’s remain focused on the matter at hand. You claim that AFC had ties to Robloxian government officials, and while that is certainly a serious accusation, it does not negate the crimes committed by FH. The existence of corruption or collusion elsewhere does not absolve FH of its own documented acts of violence."

He places the photos on the table in front of him, then looked directly at AndroidTan.

"Are you presenting this as an attempt to shift blame, or do you have concrete evidence that this supposed government involvement was directly responsible for the atrocities carried out by FH? If you’re claiming that AFC was responsible for crimes attributed to FH, then prove it—beyond just photographs of officials in a record book. Show this court evidence that these officials ordered, facilitated, or carried out the very acts in question. Otherwise, this is nothing more than an attempt at deflection."

AndroidTan: "The Truth, about Ramas and Palesbloxia before they create the Israblox and Palesbloxia war."

Judge: "This court is not here to re-litigate the entire history of conflicts across Robloxia. We are here to determine whether FH is guilty of terrorism and war crimes. If you wish to introduce geopolitical events as context, then provide clear, direct evidence that connects them to this trial. Otherwise, this is nothing more than an attempt to divert attention from the crimes your organization stands accused of."

He folded his hands together, looking directly at AndroidTan.

"If you have relevant evidence linking those past conflicts to FH’s actions, present it now. But if this is just another distraction, then let’s not waste the court’s time."

Kamehameha Makakala: "Your Honor, I assure you that the actions of the Telamon Islands intelligence agency were justified in the public good and are in accordance with the laws of our country."

Judge: "Justified in the public good? According to whom? Your own government? The same government that now stands as a key accuser in this case? With all due respect, Your Honor, intelligence operations—justified or not—do not absolve FH of its crimes. This trial is about FH’s actions, not about whether Telamon Islands’ intelligence agency believes its own conduct was lawful."

"If the defense is trying to suggest that FH’s attacks were somehow provoked or retaliatory, then they need to provide clear evidence that international law supports such actions. Because as it stands, nothing justifies terrorism, massacres, and targeted assassinations. And no intelligence operation—whether from Telamon Islands, Robloxia, or anywhere else—gives FH the right to commit war crimes."

Until AndroidTan then checks his time before trying a hunch to see if Mason actually is an Anti-Furry.

AndroidTan: "Mr Smith, do I notice something under that uniform of yours?"

AndroidTan presents the CCTV Footage from a Locker Room in one FH sites.

AndroidTan: "Because what I found on an IAA-SA Recordings I collected just today, was a team of Coalition members, taking some uniforms from one of my sites, recognise the faces? Yes, IAA-SA is the legal Authorization Agency for our operations in Robloxia."

Lankstrom: "Mr Smith, Are you actually an Anti-Furry?"

AndroidTan: "Our actions were provoked due to Coalitions triggering us to the point it requires immediate retaliation, even if I got a chance to shoot you guys in the head, you can see someone else. But still-"

AndroidTan starts feeling nauseous, and starts Vomiting Blood before fainting. It looks like someone in this court room has intentionally poisoned him

Lankstrom: "AndroidTan, Are you okay?! WHAT ARE YOU STARING AT, GET THE STUPID AMBULANCE!"

Lankstrom: "ANDROIDTAN!!"

Lawyer Lankstrom glared at the plaintiffs and grabbed the camera, snapping a picture of the Plaintiffs in order to do something with the photo.

Judge: Slammed his gavel down, his voice was stern as chaos erupted in the courtroom,

“Order! ORDER IN THIS COURTROOM! This is a legal proceeding, not a spectacle! We have just witnessed a disturbing incident, and I will not tolerate this level of disruption. Medical assistance has been called for, and I expect everyone to remain calm until we understand the situation.”

His eyes were narrow as Lankstrom began snapping pictures at the plaintiffs.

“Lankstrom, I understand your concern for your colleague, but I demand you cease this behavior immediately. We are here to seek justice, not to escalate the conflict. If you continue, I will have you removed from this courtroom.”

The judge turned his gaze to the plaintiffs, his tone was sharp and unwavering “If any of you had any involvement in this incident, let me make it very clear: we will investigate this thoroughly. Poisoning a participant in this trial is a criminal act, and the full force of the law will be applied.”

The judge cleared his throat as the room settles, and spoke more calmly “Everyone involved in this case, including court staff and the defendants, will be placed under investigation. I will not proceed with the trial until I am certain that no further harm will come to any of the individuals here. For now, we are adjourned. Everyone is expected to cooperate fully.”

As the medical team took AndroidTan out of the courtroom, the judge said “We are suspending today’s session indefinitely. Further hearings will be scheduled once we have clarity on this matter. I will personally ensure that an investigation into this incident is carried out swiftly.”

His voice was cool and composed as he addressed the court staff “I expect full transparency during the investigation. If any party has information regarding the poisoning, it is your duty to report it immediately. Failure to do so will result in consequences.”

Day 3 ~ March 24

Judge Oliver Smith enters the courtroom, taking his seat as the gavel strikes three times.

Oliver Smith: "Court is now in session for the third day of Smith v. Furry Headquarters. Before we proceed, I will remind all parties that this is a legal proceeding, and any further disruptions will not be tolerated. The investigation into the prior incident remains ongoing, and any findings relevant to this trial will be addressed separately. Now, let us return to the arguments at hand."

Oliver Smith adjusts his glasses and glances at both parties.

Oliver Smith: "Defense, you may resume your statements. Keep in mind that this court will not entertain baseless accusations or emotional appeals. I expect clear legal arguments supported by evidence. Proceed."

AndroidTan: "Did I forgot how was furries killed? They were executed by the Anti-Furry Coalition, which before Mason Smith was President. They were evicted instead."

*Shows the Intel File about the Anti-Furry Coalition*

Kamehameha Makakala:

"Did I forgot how FH killed innocent people? Innocent women and children? Did I forgot how they tortured people? How they kidnapped and intimidated them? Did I forgot how FH broke a lot of international and local laws and carried out a lot of terrorist attacks? Did I forgot how FH tried to manipulate people and interfere in the politics of other countries? Have I forgotten? No. The memory of FH's crimes will always be stuck in my head until I die and no amount of self-justification by the Anti-Furries will help."

AndroidTan: "Let me just flick the pen, and soon you see Furry Headquarters as a Nightmare, than a real thing."

*AndroidTan reveal a trigger button*

AndroidTan: "I always bring this Trigger Button when something brings curses. This will shut down everything, including my carrier."

[Press the Button]

[Throw it to the Prosecutor]

Kamehameha Makakala (reply to Android Tan):

"Mr. Android Tan with all due respect, if I must show it, no amount of pranks or jokes will help you, this is a serious matter and you are accused of terrorism and I hope you will accept that you are not unpunished."

*Until anroidtan glares at Makakala, but the glare was unfazed*

*AndroidTan places the trigger on the defendants table, and left the room.*

Oliver Smith watches the exchange closely, his expression firm. As AndroidTan places the trigger on the table and exits the courtroom, he strikes his gavel sharply.

Oliver Smith: "This court will not tolerate theatrics or intimidation tactics. Any further disruptions will be met with immediate consequences."

He turns his gaze to the defense table.

Oliver Smith: "If that device is a legitimate threat, security will handle it immediately. Court officers, remove the object and examine it. I will not allow this courtroom to be turned into a stage for threats or reckless behavior."

As the security team moves in, Oliver Smith directs his attention back to the proceedings.

Oliver Smith: "Now, I remind all parties that this is a trial based on legal arguments and factual evidence. Any further attempts to derail the discussion with emotional outbursts, threats, or distractions will result in contempt charges. Prosecution, do you have anything to say in response to this?"

Ra-Al Gol: Yes, AndroidTan is exhibiting the same behaviors that lead us to this case; incompetence. I ask you that, can we please go back onto our topic, after all, AndroidTan is doing everything in his power to make sure he wins, but the way he is doing it is violating several laws not just in Ro-Kasom, but in several other countries.

Oliver Smith nods and strikes his gavel once.

Oliver Smith: "Agreed. This trial is not a platform for reckless actions or dramatic gestures. We are here to determine legal accountability, not to entertain diversions. The court will proceed with the original matter at hand."

He glances toward the defense table.

Oliver Smith: "Defense, you will stay on topic and present relevant arguments. Any further attempts to manipulate this trial through theatrics or intimidation will not be tolerated. Now, prosecution, you may continue."

(Mason Smith leans forward, resting his elbows on the table as he glares at AndroidTan.)

Mason Smith: "Executed? Evicted? You can’t even get your own story straight. First, you claim they were executed by the Anti-Furry Coalition, then you turn around and say they were merely evicted. Which one is it? Because last I checked, rewriting history mid-sentence isn’t exactly a strong legal defense."

(He scoffs, shaking his head.)

"And let’s be real—if you had any actual proof to back up your nonsense, you’d have presented it by now instead of fumbling over your words like a malfunctioning chatbot. So, unless you’ve got something solid to show this court, save the theatrics and stick to facts."

Oliver Smith looks sternly at Mason Smith, raising a hand to calm the tension in the courtroom.

Oliver Smith: "Mr. Smith, while your frustration is noted, this is a courtroom, not a platform for personal attacks. I expect both sides to maintain decorum and adhere to the rules of proper legal conduct."

He then turns to AndroidTan.

Oliver Smith: "As for you, AndroidTan, you will clarify your statements. This court cannot proceed on the basis of contradictory claims. If you intend to present evidence, it must be coherent and substantiated by facts. I will not entertain misdirection or ambiguity in this trial."

He pauses briefly before addressing both parties again.

Oliver Smith: "We are here to evaluate evidence, not to engage in a war of words. Prosecution, if you have any further evidence to present, you may do so now. The same goes for the defense. Any further theatrics will be swiftly dealt with."

(Mason Smith exhales sharply, adjusting his tie as he leans back in his seat, giving a short nod to the judge.)

Mason Smith: "Understood, Your Honor."

(He then shifts his focus back to the defense, his expression hard but measured.)

"Alright then, let’s deal in facts. Since the defense seems to be struggling with consistency, let me help clarify. The claim was made that the so-called ‘Anti-Furry Coalition’ executed furries. Then, in the same breath, it was stated they were simply evicted. Those are two entirely different scenarios. So, I ask again—"

(He places his hands on the table, speaking with controlled precision.)

"Which is it? And if you claim to have evidence, present it now, because I don’t think this court has time for contradictions and fairy tales."

AndroidTan: "Did you lost the presidental election in 2021? Because what I read in 2017, was that President's must be known about executions, including Illegal ones, and recovered investigation material reveals he authorized most of them. Which is Furries.

And According to law 84759-0284A, Furries in Robloxia is to be evicted and NOT executed.

So tell me Mr Smith, why was the Execution Necessary?"

(Mason Smith lets out a sharp exhale, shaking his head with a look of sheer disbelief. He leans forward slightly, his voice cutting through the courtroom with controlled authority.)

Mason Smith: "First off, there was no presidential election in 2021. I didn’t run, because there was nothing to run for. So before you start making claims, at least make sure they’re grounded in reality."

(He folds his hands on the table, staring down AndroidTan.)

"Second, you cite ‘law 84759-0284A’—a law that, according to you, dictates that furries are to be evicted, not executed. Alright then, let’s entertain that for a moment. If that law actually did exist, then where exactly does it state that executions ever took place? Because according to police records, there is no documented evidence of any so-called 'executions' of furries. Not one."

(He tilts his head slightly, raising a brow. He then looks at the judge and hands him the police records related to executions since 2000, years before AFC and FH were founded. He then sits back down and directs his attention back to AndroidTan.)

"Now, here’s where your whole argument falls apart—because if no executions were recorded, then what exactly are you accusing me of authorizing? You want to throw around words like ‘illegal executions’ and ‘investigation materials’—then bring proof. Otherwise, what you’re saying is nothing more than a blatant misrepresentation of the law. In other words—nonsense."

(Mason Smith leans back slightly, shaking his head.)

"Maybe before stepping into a courtroom, you should take some time to actually learn the law. Might save you from embarrassing yourself like this."

AndroidTan: "May 12th, 1997. Lake Ro-Erie, when I became training director for the Coalition. I trained a particular person, who looks to be the same in this court room."

(AndroidTan glares at Mason Smith, as the training was leaked)

AndroidTan: "Mason Smith, active from 1997 to 2000, list of contracts was inclusion of Operation Sheer Wind; destruction of a Windmill Farm in Designated Site of Rolaska. Operation Slasher Bang; assassination of members of NAI's End Anti-Furry Program, and Operation Soviet Assassin; the elimination of KGB Officer Hardwosher Makoversia.

I personally trained Smith, for Combative Training and Infiltration. Accordance to the Law, it is liable for a President that was trained by a defendant to say that he was once as part of the defendant."

John Puma: "Mr. Android Tan, you are reducing this matter to a level worse than politics. This is absolute cinema. I beg you to stop your desperate actions, because you will not escape responsibility anyway."

AndroidTan: "Trust me, if it was cinema, a sniper will be there and have shot me in the head right here and right now."

John Puma: "In such a case, the courthouse must be searched. Who knows what else the defendand has left or prepared."

AndroidTan: "Jeez relax, it's not like someone comes in with AR-15's and shot us."

(He referenced to a Incident that John Puma was related to during the Coffee-Stained Republic War)

(Until AndroidTan left the court with the other defendants)

(Oliver Smith’s face hardens as he watches AndroidTan and the other defendants leave the courtroom. He pounds the gavel with authority.)

Oliver Smith: "Order in the court! This behavior is completely unacceptable! Mr. AndroidTan, if you choose to leave this trial, it will be considered an act of contempt. You are hereby warned—any further disruptions will result in immediate removal from the proceedings, and this will not reflect well on your defense."

(He pauses, taking a moment to steady himself before addressing the room.)

"This trial is not a stage for theatrics, and it is not a place for reckless comments or threats. If the defendants wish to proceed with their defense, they must return to the courtroom immediately, or I will issue a ruling on their absence. As for the prosecution, I expect you to continue with the case without distraction. The court will proceed."

(He turns to the courtroom attendants.)

"The defendants will be located and brought back to the trial, or legal action will be taken. Let’s move forward with the facts and the law."

(Oliver Smith leans forward slightly, his expression stern and unwavering. He looks at the empty seats where the defense was previously sitting.)

"The court has had enough disruptions and delays. Despite the defense's actions and the chaos we've witnessed today, it is clear that all parties have had an ample opportunity to present their case. The defense has failed to offer a closing statement, and their absence speaks volumes."

(He pauses, allowing the weight of his words to settle in the room.)

"The trial has gone on long enough. We are nearing the conclusion, and it is time for the prosecution to present their closing statement. This court will not tolerate further distractions or delays."

(He looks at the prosecution team with a determined nod.)

"Prosecution, the floor is now yours for your closing statement."

(Smith stands up and walks to the walkway between both desks and announces the closing statement to the crowd watching)

Smith: "Ladies and gentlemen of the jury, you have heard the evidence, the testimonies, and the arguments presented before you. This case is not just about laws and procedures—it is about justice. It is about ensuring that the truth prevails and that the principles we hold dear are upheld. I ask you to carefully consider the facts, to weigh them with reason and fairness, and to deliver a verdict that reflects both the law and the truth."

(He turns around and faces the judge)

"Justice is in your hands, your Honor. Thank you."

(He sits back down)

(Oliver Smith, presiding over the court, straightens his posture and looks over the courtroom with a firm yet composed expression. He adjusts his glasses before speaking.)

Oliver Smith: "Thank you, Mr. Smith. The court has heard all the arguments, examined the evidence, and taken into account the testimonies presented. This case has been long and complex, touching on significant legal and ethical matters that affect not just those directly involved but the integrity of our judicial system as a whole."

(He takes a measured pause, looking toward the empty seat where AndroidTan once sat.)

"However, before we proceed with the final verdict, I must address the clear and blatant disregard for this court shown by the defense. The defendant, AndroidTan, chose to abandon these proceedings and has not returned. Such an action is not only irresponsible but also contemptuous of this court’s authority."

(He shifts his gaze toward the jury.)

"That being said, the absence of the defendant will not obstruct justice. The jury will now deliberate based on the facts and evidence provided. Court will reconvene once a verdict has been reached."

(He gives a firm nod before striking his gavel, signaling the jury to begin deliberation.)

Day 4: The Verdict ~ March 27

(After deliberating for several days, the jury finally returns to the courtroom. The atmosphere is tense as everyone watches them take their seats. The judge looks at the jury foreperson and nods.)

Judge Oliver Smith: "Has the jury reached a verdict?"

Jury Foreperson: "Yes, Your Honor, we have."

(The judge gestures for the verdict to be handed over. He briefly reviews the document before nodding and passing it back to the jury foreperson.)

Judge Oliver Smith: "You may now read the verdict."

(The courtroom falls silent as the jury foreperson stands, clearing their throat before reading aloud the jury’s decision.)

Jury Foreperson: "In the case of the People of Robloxia versus AndroidTan and the Furry Headquarters, we, the jury, find the defendant, AndroidTan—guilty on the charge of evading trial and failing to comply with the court’s orders. Furthermore, we find Furry Headquarters guilty of illegal activities that resulted in their designation as a terrorist organization, but with limitations placed on their operations rather than a complete dissolution, based on what Smith decided."

(A murmur spreads through the courtroom as the judge nods and motions for silence.)

Judge Oliver Smith: "Order in the court. Given this verdict, the court finds AndroidTan in violation of the law and sentences him to three years in prison for trial evasion and contempt of court. Furthermore, the leadership of Furry Headquarters will be placed under strict government oversight, and its ability to acquire assets or expand operations will be severely limited. Ownership too, will be limited."

(He pauses, his gaze sweeping across the room.)

Judge Oliver Smith: "This case has been one of deep controversy and conflicting perspectives. But let it be clear—no organization is above the law. Court is now adjourned."

(He slams the gavel, marking the end of the trial.)

(The courtroom erupts in chatter as news reporters rush to cover the verdict, while law enforcement prepares to locate and arrest AndroidTan for evading trial.)
