This effect can be found on the Valentino Production Sound Effects Library, from Valentino/Major Records. It's the full recording session for Sound Ideas, POP, CARTOON - CORK SQUEAK AND POP, and contains numerous alternate takes of the sound in between various crunching/chewing sound effects, and was originally created for the 1947 Capitol Record Reader "Bugs Bunny and the Tortoise".
