I'm Yru17 and I hear (and ignore) any sound effect all the time. I really do not appreciate users being annoyed by sound effects because I find it ridiculous, although in the past years since the mid-to-late-2000's, I was heavily annoyed with Sound Ideas, HUMAN, BABY - CRYING because it would get stuck in my head repeatedly every time I heard it and the reason why I would call the Baby Kate cry the George Del Hoyo of sound effects is because not only did I used to find the sound really annoying, but I had also found it as distracting as the latter's voice as well as The Beach Boys song I Get Around and the classical music The Blue Danube. Plus, I have also called Sound Ideas, ZIP, CARTOON - BIG WHISTLE ZING OUT the Henry Jackman of sound effects because of my personal habit of hearing that sound effect multiple times in a day (despite that I used to be heavily annoyed with the sound effect in the past years since the early 2010's) just like that I would have a habit of looking at the composer's name multiple times in a day (despite that I was annoyed for a long time when I had heard a music cue by said composer in PAL pitch).
