This sound effect can be found on the Hanna-Barbera Sound Effects Library, which was made by Sound Ideas. It was originally a Warner Bros. sound effect used in the Looney Tunes and Merrie Melodies shorts. It's the same track as Sound Ideas, CARTOON, CRASH - LARGE JUNK CRASH 01 from the Warner Bros. Sound Effects Library, but with a slightly lower quality, and it's cut off a bit at the beginning.
A high pitched version of this sound is also included in Sound Ideas, HIT, HUMAN - FACE PUNCH AND BIG CRASH, CARTOON.
