This sound effect can be found on the Universal Studios Sound Effects Library, which was made by Sound Ideas. It's a longer version of Bomb Drops - Falling from Distance, which is unknown when it was available on any library. It shouldn't be mistaken with SKYWALKER, WHISTLE - CARTOON FALL WHISTLE due to being similar.
