1999
Quick Draw McGraw In City-E-Scape is an animated short of Quick Draw McGraw and aired on Cartoon Network Shorties. It was written by Colleen O'Hare and directed by Mo Willems.
Summary
The short begins with a narrator describing the old west until he notices there aren't any outlaws around and it's revealed that Quick Draw McGraw and Baba Looey already jailed every single outlaw in the Old West. Quick Draw then gets a letter from a random messenger about trouble happening at the east of New York City and as he reads it, he and Baba Looey end up right at the location.
Baba Looey starts pointing out any kind of crime happening to Quick Draw in his "El Kabong" alter ego he and rapidly deals with the crime in all kinds of crazy ways. Eventually, Quick Draw takes a rest after he thought he wiped all the crime out, but Baba Looey tells the audience that crime has really wiped Quick Draw out.
The camera then pans over back to the old west where all the criminals from New York City are now clobbering themselves at.
