This sound effect can be found on Universe of Sounds, which was made by OMI. It was later included in Buzzes Honks Whirls P PE941501, which can be found in The Premiere Edition Volume 9, and is a low pitched version of the first boink from Please Turn Off The Faucet, a Robert Hall effect. This version of the sound may have actually been taken directly from API/Five Arrows' animated series like Arthur! and the Square Knights of the Round Table and Around the World in Eighty Days, as the slight pitch distortion is identical.
