Joel Valentine Castanet Sound

This is a sound effect designed by Joel Valentine, founder of Twenty-First Century Entertainment (AKA 21st Century Sound Design Corporation). It is NOT to be confused with a very similar sound, Sound Ideas, CARTOON, RATTLE - RATTLING, WOOD. The sound effect's official title (to be confirmed if this is the full title or not, depending on the ADAP library's limits) is "Castenets"[1].

It is not available on The Producer's Sound Effects Library, but it may exist on his ADAP library as Hacienda Post (probably through Jeff Hutchins, who was mentored by Joel) scarcely uses this sound effect.
