This sound effect can be found on Animal Trax, which was made by The Hollywood Edge. It's a cleaner version of a part of Valentino Excited Cougar and Valentino Fierce Black Lion. It's possible that it was originally a Disney sound effect. It debuted in The Living Desert in 1953.
