This is a rare sound effect that isn't available on the Hanna-Barbera Sound Effects Library or Hanna-Barbera Lost Treasures Sound Effects Library. It's a high pitched version of ZIP, CARTOON - BIG WHISTLE ZING OUT. It's commonly heard in PAL printings that use the aforementioned sound effect, but has also been used outside of these printings if the original sound effect was pitched upward. It also appears on Shareware Breakthrough Soundworks as WHIZZ.
